I wend to this BB&B over the weekend to return something I bought at another BB&B and the experience couldnt have been any better. I had my receipt and the cashier credited the item back to my credit card. She did it very quickly with no questions asked but also was friendly while she was doing it. After I was done with my return, I looked around for a little while and was reminded why I like this place so much. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING! From "as seen on TV" items to cool soap dispensers to the best towel selection I have seen to electronics for your kitchen, THEY HAVE IT ALL! I'll be the first to admit it. Most of the time when I come here, it's because I'm waiting for a movie to start next door. Why else do you see so many teens in Bed, Bath, & Beyond? I buy everything here from kitchen appliances and accessories to bedding. The products can be hit or miss since they offer so many different items as well as brands. You can definitely get lucky and find highly discounted items like tablecloths for $0.90 which you can even stack coupons with. Also most of their coupons NEVER expire! Staff here has always been friendly and willing to help whenever I see them here. read more

Make sure to look closely as they tend to have a lot of items on clearance. Also, make sure to sign up online to get coupons sent on a fairly regular basis (20% off). Check out can typically be on the slow side at Bed Bath & Beyond and this location is no different than any of the other one's I've been in. Came here with the girlfriend to return something she got for Christmas which was broken before she opened the box. Had to crawl under & around ladders to get to the replacement item as the staff didn't move the ladder for us to get by. We then had to argue with the staff as the item was a gift, we didn't have a gift receipt. They wanted to charge us 20% fee to get it, unless we could present a coupon. We dug around online on the phones for a bit, until they finally relented and let us leave without paying to replace it. The store is nice, but just left a bit sour due to the experience. read more

We recently got married and registered at BBB. While we didn't register at this location, we have shopped here with some of the gift cards we received at the wedding. Everyone is very polite and always congratulatory towards us. Customer service line can be a tad long at times. The store also seems a little smaller than others I've been to, so it can get a little crowded in certain areas. read more

Bed Bath & Beyond is a great one stop shop for linens, small electrics, etc although you can generally find the same items much cheaper at other brick and mortar and online outlets. Their coupons generally bring the prices down in line with other retailers. read more

This location seems smaller than what I am use to however they still have pretty much have everything you are looking for. Everything thing in this store is well organized and very clean. I like that everything is in its placed. However not sure why but not many employees on the floor to assist customers which is odd. I definitely would come here again. My fiance and I drove to this location to register for our upcoming wedding. When we walked in the door, we stood in line to be helped. The employee was helping another customer and when he finished, he walked off at the same time with them. I was left standing there as he asked another customer in front of me if he could help them. He then proceeded to walk over to the check out counter. Another employee, asked if she could help me. I told her I would like to start a wedding registry and she told me that she would send someone to help me. She then walked off. I sat there for another 10 minutes waiting for someone to come. My fiance walked over to customer service and informed them that we could like to create a registry and they told us to have a seat and someone would be right with us. After 15 minutes, we were still left waiting and the man who had helped the couple's before us, saw us sitting there and continued to go around asking other customers if he could help them. My fiance and I were really looking forward to this day. We walked in really excited and left jaded. read more
