They have been to my home 4 times over several months and still have not completed the job. No one in the company from the installers to the VP seems to be in charge of what supplies need to be ordered or at the job site. Every time a certain part of a project needs to be completed I have had to be the one reminding the company what has or has not been completed , which supplies are needed and where they supplies are. Installers show up with out the supplies needed to do the job and as a result we have had to reschedule going on the fifth time now. I honestly asked to be put on the payroll as project manager because no one else was keeping track of anything. Do not use them, you will be frustrated. We spent 28,000$ to remodel 2 bathrooms and were told repeatedly that the mistakes were due to this being a "small job". So disrespectful!!!
