Started a load 6 days later and water was leaking from the dispenser drawer and control panel as well as leaking from the bottom of the door (front end loader). The machine also has multiple load selections; however, several of them to not work at all. Contacted Lowes today and got bounced around for nearly 30 minutes. I was told they would not replace the defective machine they sold me, because I do not have their store credit card. So, be aware you cannot pay in cash, or use another credit card when making purchases with Lowes if you want them to be accountable for selling defective appliances. I also did not ask for my money back, I simply asked them to give me another machine, and we would bring the defective machine back to them. They made it very clear they are not interested in reconciling this issue.
