This company/store as a whole is so great. I love being a Beyond+ member so that I get 20% off of every purchase, and it cost only $29 for the year. We LOVE OXO products and have nicely furnished our homes with this brand as BB&B has a huge selection. They have ample bedding options, and I love their selections for bath SHEETS. We also snagged the last Ninja blender pro (I don't recall the proper name of the model), and it has worked like a DREAM for our smoothie needs. They also have a section of the store dedicated to babies, so if you're expecting or planning on children, they can likely meet your needs! read more

This is literally the most useless baby store of all time and it is a constant mess. Went in their today to buy a $300 carseat and they had only one of the model I was looking at. Was ready to buy it when I realized it was a returned open box that they taped back up and put right back on the shelf and were selling it as new (wasn't marked down or anything). Maybe take of the address of the house it was delivered to before trying to sell it as a new product. That is total bullshit and I am glad I caught it before I bought it because I know their return policy is also shit. I have been to this store 3 times and this will be the last because it has been a huge waste of time each time because they carry very few products and it is a bigger nightmare than it is worth. read more

Their selection is sizable and they also offer many items that can be ordered online and shipped to you, which is awesome. Didn't realize that if you buy something for another and it is the wrong color and they want to EXCHANGE it for the exact same item, but a different color, they may have to pay the difference, especially if you were able to buy it with a coupon. I have shopped a lot at this store. When I first moved to the US and did not know any better, I would shop at BBB for all things homely. The Positives - you will find pretty much everything that you need for home decor and for your kitchen The staff at this location is great. They are always ready to help. The not so positives - I have been able to find the same appliances, gadgets, even pots and pans for a much cheaper price than at BBB. even after using their 20% off one item, I still find the price expensive. Oh the distances we will go for our soon-to-born babies! This is definitely not a close trek from Denver, but it is the only physical BuyBuy Baby store in the metro area. You can, for the record, return things to Bed, Bath and Beyond, but you will have to pay shipping if you want to buy items online from them. Also, the 20% coupons don't work on a lot of the pricier brands for babies (Uppa, Bugaboo, etc.), but you can get 10% coupons for registering there. That would just cover shipping though mostly unless you go to the store. The store itself is half Bed Bath and half BuyBuy. It is nicely laid out, as BBB stores are, and there seem to be a multitude of staff available to help. I will say that we did have to wait a while on a Saturday for someone knowledgeable on what we were looking for specifically (car seats and strollers). However, we ended up with a very helpful woman! We also can't say enough about the manager we had to speak to regarding their car seat return policy. He was extremely nice and understanding of our situation. I absolutely hate this store. Especially this location. The employees are useless and extremely rude. When they can't find an answer to something, they just give up. I tried to make a return of $120 pillows which I lost my receipt for. I was told they could still take them back if I had the card I purchased them with. I did so I went in. Apparently they have to look up the exact item in their system for that to work. They didn't and told me they wouldn't take them back and basically told me too bad in fewer words. Went to the Northglenn location and while it took them a minute to find the proper sku, they did and took them back no problem. Every single experience I had at the Westminster location has been negative. I will NEVER be back in that store. Ever. read more

Bed Bath & Beyond is like Target ... I can't just go in for the one thing I need. I always end up wandering around the other aisles looking at things I don't NEED. Fortunately whenever I've been unable to find what I am looking for the staff has been quick to help. I like that they aren't overbearing and I don't have someone asking me if I'm finding what I need every 5 minutes. I appreciate a staff that keeps their distance yet are easy to locate should I have a question. If you're looking for bedding it's always worthwhile to check out the clearance area for awesome deals on sheets. If you're coming to BBB on an empty stomach, stop over at the Pho joint next door to satisfy your appetite after a long stroll around the store. read more

I found the shopping experience to be much improved at Buy, Buy, Baby over over Baby shopping chains. The store is pretty much half of a (HUGE) Bed, Bath & Beyond, but has everything you could ever imagine (and Beyond) that you would need/want for you little one. I think the store is much cleaner and better organized than the competition. Also, even though it is a smaller footprint, they have many unique items that the other store in town does not. The staff here have always been helpful and honest when answering questions about products. You get a lot of neat coupons and samples in their registry gift, and the registry discount works on nearly your entire purchase - even on items not on our registry or from the 'other side' of the store. read more

After having some unpleasant experiences with Babies 'R' Us, I was forced to move my registry and find a new place for all of my baby needs. A friend of mine told me that BuyBuy Baby just opened up. They are a part of Bed, Bath, and Beyond, who I used for my wedding registry, so I was excited. Its pretty cool. Bed, Bath, and Beyond in Westminster just took out one whole side of their store and made it all baby stuff. A huge selection. Because it's new, it's not overrun with tons of people and kids. The staff was super knowledgable and friendly. They have ACTUAL Product Specialists (unlike Babies 'R' Us) and at the registry, they will even give you a bottel of water. The website is not super user friendly for registry updating, but once you get the hang of it, it works well. WAY better than any of the other major baby places for a registry. read more

The layout is goofy to say the least. The interior is shared with a baby store, and I ended up venturing into that half while spacing out looking for my shopping list...then I looked up and WHOA - diapers, toys, and butt cream were jumping out at me. Aaand 180-degree turn. Thankfully, I back-tracked and found what I was looking for, and the perfect quantity to be able to take advantage of a really great offer. Did you know that the Denver-Metro area is one of the few places you can have access to so many chain baby stores? Buy Buy Baby only has 90ish locations nationwide - one being in Westminster. We also have the first Right Start in Cherry Creek. Toss in Babies R Us and a few other specialty stores and your baby shopping options are abundant. We went with Buy Buy Baby for our registry because: 1. You can actually go there and scan things with a scan gun, which is fun. 2. They sell lots of baby furniture options. 3. People can buy and ship most things free online...with Bed Bath and Beyond 20% off coupons. 4. The staff is trained in the products and are helpful. You can even make an appointment for a personalized registry set-up. 5. Apparently their return policy is much better than Target's. 6. Right Start is awesome, but felt more expensive and we're trying to stay middle of the road. We ordered our largest purchase from Buy Buy Baby - the glider for the nursery. These bad boys are EXPENSIVE, but after looking at several other stores in the area, they're not the worst. The staff was patient with me and my indecisiveness and the chair arrived earlier than expected. The one thing I didn't like, however, is that we didn't really think about picking up the chair and no one pointed out that we'd need to have a fairly large vehicle to pick it up in. I'm only giving a three star because I've had better experiences before this... But the new store policy is making a very unfair to the consumer so hold onto your receipts because they trust no one. If you return something without a receipt they take off 20% just in case he used a coupon... I guess a lot of people ruined it for everyone. They also give you the current price which most likely it's on sale, so I tried to return a $15 item and they would only give me six dollars for it. I've been having a lot of trouble lately with my hips or shoulder sleeping on an extra-firm mattress, so my interim solution was to get a memory foam/mattress pad. My brain couldn't think of any other place to do this (at the time) than BBB, so I explored their website and off I went. I was able to find a 3" memory foam mattress pad topper that was 40% off here -- don't know if it was a Memorial Day sale thing or what -- but for a king-size bed, I was happy to find that kind of a discount. However, I was also looking for a body pillow that could better support me as a side sleeper, and found some promising looking ones on the website -- they only had 2 of the 5 styles at this location, and they all deflated pretty drastically as I tested them out. Disappointing. This store is chock full of a great many items and the place seems nicely organized, but don't expect to find every item at this location that you would on the website. It's a pretty good location but I like the one in Cherry Creek better than this site. read more

I picked the same product in the store as sold on amazon, went to the cashier to pay and they told me that they can not match the price. We have many baby stores in our area. Buy Buy Baby is most definitely our favorite of the bunch. It is impressive that this store (in which one half is a Bed, Bath, and Beyond, and the other is the Buy Buy Baby) can fit so much variety, and so many high quality brands into such a tight space. The quality of their wares is higher than certain competitors in the area, and the cleanliness and organization is top notch. The staff are always extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive, and they never hesitate to bend over backwards when we have special requests. Honestly, this is one of the few stores where we really do not consider even looking at competitors, as we feel they deserve our business, and our money. This is the the most unhelpful BuyBuyBaby store I have ever been in (I'm comparing my experience to the BuyBuyBaby store in San Diego). The sales associate in the bedding/furniture department sat the whole time at their sales desk. I must have been there for a good 30-45 minutes and no one reached out to me and asked me if I needed help. I had to get the price tag on a glider I liked bring it to the sales people sitting at their desk in order to get some sort of help. I also approached them several times to get a price check...I've never experienced customer service such as "this" and I don't mean that in a positive way. I used to be a frequent BuyBuyBaby customer and now that I've moved here to Colorado I don't know if I will come as frequently with this type less than mediocre service. While this store has a nice selection, and the wrapping center is great, I hate doing her. Why? You are an idiot if you don't use the 20% of coupon they mail each month... But I do not carry coupons around with me. I stop in when I have to buy something, usually last- minute and hate to know that I am paying more than everyone else. This just happened, and I left and went next door too Barnes and Noble, who has an even better selection of toes and has coffee, to boot. I feel this way about Macy's, as well, but they will usually help you out anyway. read more
