This particular store had many positive notes...they have plenty of parking, are open at 9AM on Saturdays & have shopping carts available at the store entrance. Plus outstanding customer service. All adding to a very positive experience. I was there to exchange or return an infant snow jacket. The size I bought was too big. The Baby/Kid Department is large, with lots of selection, varying sizes & great prices. (Note, they have clothes for the entire family, plus accessories.) The size I needed wasn't available. So I headed back up to the front of the store to make my Return. While there the Associate asked why I was returning the jacket. She immediately went online & checked the store inventory to see if they had any in the back. She thought they might have the size I was looking for & quickly left to check. Unfortunately they didn't have the one I needed. She then offered to place an online order for me because other locations had the item. This Associate provided excellent customer service & went above & beyond. I really like this store...check out their Rewards Program too. Happy Shopping!

The gentleman at their counter was (as they always are) so kind. He got my remover. Then he suggested I try a completely different brand of coverage for what I was looking for. He took me over to their counter. They were so helpful. I loved the Bobbi Brown Tint. Left Nordstrom happier than I have ever been. BTW- it is also the best place for kids shoes!! Hands down.

These ran me $175+ after seasonal discounts. I'm always amazed how an outlet has stores that up their MSRP price then give discounts to reach the $150+ price they rely want to sell them for....hey it works if you have a great product like True Religion!!! Yes, these are very expensive, but they fit well and are mad comfy. I almost did not come back bc I purchased 6 pair of jeans at $150+/each ......less than a year I blew through the crouch & butt area of the pants bc I love to weightlift & DO NOT SKIP LEG DAY EVER!!! It's a bodybuilder worst trait when ya thighs & but don't fit into these new age straight leg anorexic European slim fit tapered leg jeans. True Religion now has a new line called RICKY. These are perfect for people who don't skip leg day. The pants are stretchy, so you won't bust through them easily. The waist still does fit to good/perfect bc I have small waist & thick thighs, but it works. I have now gone back and purchased every color possibility the RICKY style comes in. Best part is that these jeans are soft & comfy. I have never felt jeans this soft, stretchy, and durable in over the last 10-15years til now. So if live by the code of no skipping leg day, go snag a pair or 4 or 5 of the RICKYstyle jeans. The staff are mad helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Whatever you need or don't see, they gotcha.

The sales floor team knew exactly which styles would look good on me. There were also so many styles to choose from. I really think there's something for everyone here.
