They said I would have the cabinets in 3 weeks thus the demolition began at home. It was 90 days before i had a kitchen...each time I called or emailed it was always someone else's fault. Never did anyone come back to apologize or try to remedy this for me. In fact, the installer who they recommended, would walk into my home without knocking...and once he took a huge dump in my bathroom and blocked the toilet. I came home and the smell was horrific. I went upstairs and realized he had used the bathroom and clogged it. I called and Whitehouse Direct said 'oh he is not part of us'...to which I replied that they recommended him. It makes no difference to me that he is not their employee...THEY ENDORSED HIM. They had delivered extra pieces that I had canceled prior to delivery and I called to return those pieces to which I was greeted with open arms...''sure sure just bring it to the loading dock''...the owner Whitehouse himself was not there when I brought the product back....but he managed to email me and let me know later that they would not credit me for the parts. SO unless you have no timeline and no desire for a kitchen for a few months, then DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....Go ELSEWHERE.

Communication was outstanding. Perry came over with his crew, took pictures gave me an estimate, and of course I went with them they were the lowest bid. Matthew installed my air conditioner sleeve. He did a great job. My sleeve was perfect size for the space. He insulated where it needed to be insulated. Some things came up during the project and he was able to get an estimate right away. We still have work to do to finish the project, but overall I am pleased with the service that I have received. I would recommend.

Their employees are extremely disorganized and lack communication between each other, which was evident by the repeat messages that were sent without addressing the actual estimate, or my questions.
