Went in to get a washer and dryer. Told the guy what I was looking for, he showed me the first set and it was exactly what I wanted. I wish I knew his name but he knew SO much about washing and drying clothes! The washer has a dent on the corner and I can't see any imperfections on the dryer. They had A LOT of options. As if the holidays are not expensive enough, my washer machine to die right before Christmas. Not wanting to spend an arm and a leg at Best Buy, etc. I decided to give Appliance Outlet Center a try. Located in an office park type area right next to a doggie daycare, they were easy to find and only a short drive away. I had spoke to Erik P. on the telephone and he was there when I arrived to check out the options. Everything is scratch and dent and there is a very small amount of every category whether it is a washer, dryer, fridge, etc. That is the only reason for the three stars. I was lucky enough that night that they had a washer with no bells and whistles. No one (that I know of) shows off their washing machine. I will save my money for a fancy pants TV. Or a coffee maker that tells me I am beautiful. For $50.00 they delivered the new machine and disposed of the old. They also set it up for me. hey were very open to working with my schedule and the new machine was being used 2 days after I first laid eyes on it. Spending your hard earned dough on a washing machine is no one's idea of a good time but this place deserves to be on your list on places to consider when that trusty old washer is no longer to be trusted. read more

This is a place to get scratch and dent type appliances and it had a lot of stuff on site. The negative is about 1/4th of items on the floor either had a sold sticker or no price. The single salesperson was on the phone the entire time I was there so I didn't get any sales help. If you're looking for the cheapest appliances possible, this place is worth a look. It's all scratch and dent so should be at least 10% cheaper than buying new somewhere else. However, you are getting some items as is for any damage and only the internal components are covered. read more

All I have to do is look at Yelp to find what I want....and this time it was an appliance store that I thought would be in my price range. You can't go wrong with this appliance treasure! I needed a new dishwasher. Fifteen minutes after I walked in the shop Eric showed me what I wanted...no high pressure, a few tips on how to get my dishes clean, a good price and I was gone....with an assurance that a warranty was ineffect and that my dishwasher would be delivered the next day...which It was. I am 90 years old and think that often older people are taken advantage of. We needed to replace our range, refrigerator and microwave. I am a researcher when it comes to any purchases and I did a ton of research! I had a particular style "black ice" that I was looking for that was discontinued. I found a few of them but they were on eBay and really expensive or missing parts. This brand also didn't have very high reviews and a lot of issues with design flaws. I thought I would have to just let it go and opt for another design-much to my dismay since I had my heart set on this lol. But there was a happy ending because Erik made it happen for us by changing the handles and knobs on the appliances so they matched the style I was looking for! I couldn't be happier with the look of them. From looking, ordering and to delivery the process was smooth and simple. I first went there for a washer/dryer in spring 2017. I paid about half what I would have paid anywhere else. (It's a scratch and dent store.) They delivered and installed the same week and hauled away the old ones (which were only good for parts by that time). Over a year later I am still completely satisfied! So of course when our range died this summer, I went back to this place first. Again, half the price of other places, delivered and installed same week, and hauled away the old, dead one. For a gas appliance installation you pay extra, but still it was cheaper in the end. We are thrilled with the new range! The guys working in the store (father/son, I believe) are so nice, not pushy, and very knowledgeable. This will always be my first stop for appliances! read more

I returned the (unshipped) product the very next day because the dimensions we're to tall for my space! (There reason for 5% was given for credit card processing!! Dan approached me right away asking if he could help me find something, was very knowledgeable, and friendly. He offered me a deal on the WD upfront, without my having to wheel and deal, and even though he didn't have what I needed in the fridge dept said he would keep an eye out and suggested a few places to go for a good deal. After reading reviews for this appliance outlet I decided to head over there in search of a dishwasher. My experience was exceptional. I worked with Roger to choose a the right one for me. He even steered me to a less expensive model that would more than suit my needs. Very affordable white GE model. There are not many white appliances available there, so it made my decision even easier. More than enough to choose from though. This is a new dishwasher, no scratches or dents! Highly recommend.
