Went by today after Church and a first time visit and picked up not one but two. Nice store but sandwiched in-between a Hobby Lobby and Buffalo Wild Wings so easy to miss. Don't miss. They have a lot of things in a small space and at good prices. The metal flower that my wife wanted ended up costing $4.99 so she bought two.

I was there 1.5 hr and no price so I was promised a call once they got the price and I was going to have someone pick it up for me. Waited 2 days and was told I would get a call back. No call, called back. Again no call back, then finally today I am told it was probably put back up and maybe the message about calling me was lost. Said I could come look for it again and they would price match, yeah and why did they not do this the first time. I told them the price range from the beginning, but refused to sell it. This was very important for my grandchildren's photoshoot. Now I am stuck trying to find matching outfits again at the last minute. This was very very inconsiderate service.

The Target app receipt showed no download code, making the card unusable. When I returned on 12/22/25, two managers refused to take ownership of what was clearly a Target system issue and repeatedly told me to call Target's 1-800 number and Nintendo instead of resolving it in-store. I had to argue and advocate for myself before they finally fixed the issue--something that should have been handled immediately. Extremely poor management, wasted time, and zero accountability. I do not recommend purchasing any gift cards from all Target locations. Target keeps adding to list why they're no longer a trusted retailer.

As I entered, before the door even closed behind me, one of the employees was rushing to inform me that no strollers were allowed. No pleasant greeting, no hello. Just a "ma'am we don't allow strollers". I expressed my dissatisfaction; to which her response was that's the owners rule. I noted that I hoped they would share with the owner how difficult that makes it to shop when you have children with you. Next thing I know another lady comes around the corner with the owner himself. He offered no apologies, just restated that's the rule. Told me I could carry the baby. I am a small framed woman so toting around a 25 pound baby for any duration would be no easy task. When I expressed that to him he had the audacity to suggest I leave my grandson with the office ladies while I shopped. WHAT!!?? Your solution is for me to leave the baby with strangers!! I informed him that he had most certainly lost my business. He didn't care. Watched me walk right out the door. I will never do business with this place!

I feel this location/store is rather small and that could add to the messy feel at times. Despite having to pick up misplaced items or sort through the hodgepodge (mostly in the clearance section), I love to shop at any TJ Maxx to save money on brand name items, especially clothing for my son and I and shoes for me! Saving money on brand name clothing is especially important when you have teenagers that insist on being trendy or "branded" as I call it. Please note the clothing is past/previous year so all teens may not go for this! This store has plenty of brand name clothing for men, women and children but only has shoes for women. However, this is standard for TJ Maxx. I feel this location doesn't have as many big brands like The North Face, Hilfiger or my personal favorite, Lucky Brand as other locations but that could be because those items don't sell as well in our small town. Bigger brand equal bigger price tag even here at TJ Maxx! This store has a good selection of luggage and purses, as well as home goods. I have often found good buys in the home goods section. It's kind of like going on a treasure hunt of sorts! Some people like to go to yard sales, flea markets or Goodwill but I prefer TJ Maxx for my bargain scores! TJ Maxx is a really great place to shop for gifts at Christmas, too! There's generally an entire area at the end of the women's clothing section specifically dedicated to inexpensive gifts. Again, I feel like we should have paid more for this furniture given the quality. But then again, it was a godsend to get it so cheap. The lady in the shop was so helpful. This is a family owned business and the owners actually drove an hour to Winston to help move our furniture into a 3rd floor apartment on a hot summer day. You really just cannot beat the service and great prices! It was great to be able to save so much money on my first post grad apartment. I honestly have NO complaints. At all. I urge you to shop here. Even if you have enough money to shop elsewhere on furniture, you'll save a few hundred bucks here and the quality is good as new. I will never buy new furniture again.
