After the purchase, we were later told the sectional would not be available until the second week of November. We received no communication from the store -- I had to call them myself to get any updates. After several days, we were then told the delivery date would be December 14. Once again, no follow-up, no call, no update. When I called on December 18, I was told the sectional is now delayed until January. This constant change in availability, combined with the lack of proactive communication, has been extremely frustrating. The customer service has been horrible and very disappointing, especially after spending a significant amount of money with this store. We were given a loaner couch, but it is uncomfortable and not a real solution after months without our furniture. If the sectional was not actually available, we should have been told the truth upfront. Moving into a new home is stressful enough -- this experience has only added unnecessary frustration. I would not recommend this store based on communication and reliability alone.

In the process of reupholstering, they discovered that much of the chair had to be rebuilt. Ron Cohen personally talked us through this and made all repairs at no additional cost.
