Last week, one of them started declining very quickly, and Dr. Briley took extra time to explain her condition and what she was experiencing with the utmost compassion. Once we realized she wasn't able to recover after days of treatment, Dr. Briley helped us navigate the "not too early/not too late" conundrum of euthanasia and was able to come to our home to help her pass on. For a day you never want to come, it was the absolute smoothest and peaceful experience for our little girl. The staff was all so kind and considerate during this difficult time, and even sent us a card in which each one of them wrote a sweet message with their condolences. Country Club is now helping us keep our remaining dog as comfortable as possible for as long as possible. I am beyond happy with the treatment my dogs have received from both Dr. Mocklin and Dr. Briley, who complement each other very well. Thank you!

I put in a reservation for my next boarding as soon as I left from picking him up. I was not called for weeks to know about the reservation and when i was called (only 2 weeks before the scheduled reservation) I was told that my dog would not be able to be boarded there unless I payed and brought him during the week for daycare. I was told that my dog did not do well with the other dogs, but that "he could have been overstimulated due to there being over 40 dogs boarded that weekend". Why wouldn't they separate the dogs into smaller groups for playtime? I send my dog to a doggie daycare in another town that has live video feeds and I keep a close eye on him. He is always fine and never causes problems. I feel that there could have been communication when i was picking up my dog. And I wonder if they are trying to get me to pay more money for daycare just so I can board him there. There are many better facilities to board your pet than here.

Our dog was initially being treated at another clinic in Houston, TX, but they closed at 6:00 p.m. and did not have the after-hours staff needed to provide the critical care he required. Our regular veterinarian recommended this clinic because they have experienced emergency veterinarians available overnight, so we made the drive. Although our story didn't have the outcome we had hoped for, we would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of emergency veterinary care. We were truly impressed by the compassion, professionalism, and exceptional level of care our dog received. The team kept us informed with proactive updates, took the time to explain every step of his treatment in detail, and, most importantly, showed genuine care and compassion for both our dog and our family during an incredibly difficult time. If we have an after-hours emergency situation in the future, this is where we will bring our animals.
