Both Katrina and Eunice were a pleasure to work with. Once we approved the written quote, we were able to schedule them for a weekend treatment, which most other companies were not able to accommodate. They always emailed quotes, receipts and instructions promptly, and provided a certificate or insurance for our building to approve. I've never worked with a company that was so professional and on top of the paperwork. I love the calendar invites that make sure we're on the same page. On the day of, they called to let us know a more specific time for when the technician would be arriving during the 3 hour window, and they kept us informed when he was running late so we were always kept in the loop. The technician, Tony, was very transparent and informative about their treatment process and put us at ease. I also wanted to note that their instructions included pictures that were very helpful and made them easier to follow. Other companies' documents were confusing and hard to understand. We also appreciated that they had tools that could go behind the outlet covers, which is safer because it prevents the dust from coming out. Every other company needed us to remove the outlet covers ourselves as part of preparation. Overall, this has been a great experience so far. In keeping up with the times, they have added an additional treatment along with Aprehend to make the extermination even more effective. The matter was taken care of in a few hours, and I am so grateful. He thoroughly educated me on bed bugs and I learned that my situation doesn't really present like a bed bug infestation. He discussed other options for me to figure out the source of my bites (many of which are inexpensive) while also discussing my options for having M&M support me and help me with my issue. After reading other 5-star reviews for Northeastern Exterminating, I decided to give them a call, and I'm glad I did. I explained my issue to Joe, who worked to calm my nerves about this situation and thoroughly explained everything that would occur with his company's home inspection, to be performed by his son, James. I wanted an appointment ASAP, and although Joe could only offer me an appointment for several days later, he assured me that he would keep my number at the ready just in case they had a cancellation. The night before my inspection, I received a text message from James confirming the time he would arrive, the price that was agreed upon, and simple instructions for how to prep for the inspection. The next morning, I received another text about an hour before the scheduled time to pinpoint the exact time he would be arriving - which is insanely helpful and courteous. Upon arrival, right on time, James asked me about my situation and immediately got to work performing a thorough and comprehensive inspection of the three bedrooms in my house, from floor to ceiling. The bed, box springs, bed frames, baseboards, etc. everything was carefully inspected while he explained what he was doing, what he was looking for, and even what I could do in the future to put my mind at ease. He made sure to look at everything I asked him to, and could not have been more easygoing and professional. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
