This is ridiculous. Being a disabled individual I was told my order would be delivered on 11/12 and then I received an email that states that it would be delayed and is set for 11/13. Now it's 11/13 and I am told that all the work I did to move my bed was a waste. So now it's scheduled for tomorrow and I have to sit here without a bed due to someone's incompetence. No type of assistance, no type of consequences for the mistake. Nothing took place except for an apology, however I am still stuck without a bed at this point. What does an apology actually help in this moment? How does that help me get a bed or put my house back together as I wait for a delivery that has been pushed back for two days now? Disabled and now without a bed that is needed. This is how this company will leave you. Guess my previous review jumped the gun. I was told that they know for a FACT they will not bring me my mattress today and pretty much I am out of luck. So I can see how they do not care about their customers. And I was told what the RED FLAGS are however how is that a red flag for me as a customer and not the company. Definitely seems like this is my fault as the customer and not the company who promises delivery dates. I was told the delivery was scheduled as an ASAP and not scheduled as it was supposed to be. Meaning that it was never set to be delivered and stated he said the customer would call to setup. How does that make sense? So the delivery not being guaranteed is not an excuse that can be used here. Because whoever answered the phone around 12:15 pm on 11/13 at this location let me know that this establishment does not care about their customers and does not make sure their job is completed. Also, they don't attempt to make things right when it is their fault. They just make excuses. I also have an email stating that it would be delivered today and it was delayed from the 11/12 date. AVOID THIS PLACE!! - the positive reviews have to be fake. Went in 6/29, greeted right away .. tried out a few mattresses and the guy started getting pushy about making a deposit on a mattress we liked but weren't over the moon about.. we wanted to try other models not available in the store, so we told him no we're not making a deposit. He tells us the price isn't guaranteed and could go up.. we tell him thats a risk but acceptable and that we'll think about it. We shopped around for a new mattress at several stores. We finally decided to buy from Bed Pros. The person that sold us the mattress was helpful and very personable. We enjoyed our conversation other than mattresses. He did not hard sell and gave us options. It was a painless experience. We received prompt delivery. The delivery men called to let me know they were 20 minutes out. I gave them some instructions about where they could park and they followed the instructions perfectly. The delivery was on time and the two men were very friendly and polite. I can't complain about anything. Overall it was a great experience. read more

A true test of a company's dedication to customer service is not when everything goes well, but when it doesn't. We purchased a great mattress at a very competitive price, but had problems with its height when we put on our existing box spring. We tried a slightly lower frame with adjustable base. That didn't work and we finally bought non-adjustable very low base. Throughout this process, Tony was very helpful and never made us feel that we were being difficult customers. Matt, the Manager, is very professional, courteous and goes above and beyond what is expected to be sure his customers are completely satisfied. I had a slight issue with some things that weren't made clear and Matt contacted me first thing the next day and had resolved and addressed my concerns before the end of the day. Incredibly rude store manager, Tony Alfonso. My husband and I went to the store on Tyrone yesterday to look for a queen mattress for our 2nd guest bedroom for around $300. Keep in mind the sign on the window of the store advertised queen mattress sets for under $300. The store was devoid of customers on a Saturday afternoon which should be red flag #1.Tony approached us and was friendly at first and showed us a few mattresses for around our price point. He asked us about how much we wanted to spend and when we said under $400 he stated "shame on you, your mattress shouldn't be half the price of your phone" and proceeded to gesture at my husband's brand new smart phone. He went on to list all the mattress stores around the area and spun a vivid tale about outselling all of them. The icing on the cake was when he suggested we go to a used mattress store and find one that is refurbished and febreezed. It was a low brow comment from a sleazy low brow sales associate. You don't want to support a business in which they promote someone with the personality of a used car salesman to store manager.Dont shop here my fellow customers! Mattress Firm across the street has wonderful customer service, a wider selection, and better prices. We ended up purchasing our queen mattress from there within 10 minutes of walking into the store due to far superior customer service. I was looking for an adjustable bed and already been another store and I was driving by Bed Pros and decided to see what they had to say. I was very impressed. Matt was very helpful and since it was my first time making a big purchase alone (husband recently passed) it was very stressful to me. Matt spent a lot of time and then let me try different mattresses out without pressuring me. I returned the next day as I was so confused on what to do. I bought the adjustable bed and when it was delivered it was too high and since I am handicapped I could not get into it safely. Matt came by on his way home from work and put on shorter legs and it was perfect. It has been several months since I purchased my bed as I took a fall and fractured my back. I am getting around now but that bed was a lifesaver. I have recommended Matt and Bed Pros to several of my friends. They went above and beyond to make me happy with my purchase. I am confused about the really bad review I just read on this site, concerning Matt and Bed Pros. Friends told us about their new mattress, the Talalay, and the excellent experience they had at this store. Always the skeptic, because I have a low tolerance for pushy salesmen, I checked it out. We had purchased a Sleep Number bed about 45 days prior and hated it! We were definitely looking for a good mattress and so on the recommendation of our friends I stopped in the store. The only salesman on my first visit was "Adam?" Not sure of his name, but he was very helpful and not at all pushy. I was impressed with the bed and told him my husband and I would return. It turned out I was the only one who go back on that following weekend and I then met Matt. He could not have been more helpful or less pushy. He was knowledgeable and I ended up buying the bed. From start to finish, even beyond delivery, the entire process was smooth, comfortable and professional. I am always leery of salespeople, as I mentioned before, but I cannot recommend Matt or his store - or the talalay bed more! read more
