We went to this mattress firm and an employee named Rachel, walked us around the whole place and really helped us figure out what we really needed. She was kind and very helpful. The price was a little more than I would have liked to pay, but since you only buy a new bed about once a decade, it was worth it. The only down side was the delivery. They gave me a 2 hour delivery window and the delivery people really did not seem to care at all about their jobs. Despite the delivery, I still highly recommend this place.

What does an apology actually help in this moment? How does that help me get a bed or put my house back together as I wait for a delivery that has been pushed back for two days now? Disabled and now without a bed that is needed. This is how this company will leave you. Guess my previous review jumped the gun. I was told that they know for a FACT they will not bring me my mattress today and pretty much I am out of luck. So I can see how they do not care about their customers. And I was told what the RED FLAGS are however how is that a red flag for me as a customer and not the company. Definitely seems like this is my fault as the customer and not the company who promises delivery dates. I was told the delivery was scheduled as an ASAP and not scheduled as it was supposed to be. Meaning that it was never set to be delivered and stated he said the customer would call to setup. How does that make sense? So the delivery not being guaranteed is not an excuse that can be used here. Because whoever answered the phone around 12:15 pm on 11/13 at this location let me know that this establishment does not care about their customers and does not make sure their job is completed. Also, they don't attempt to make things right when it is their fault. They just make excuses. I also have an email stating that it would be delivered today and it was delayed from the 11/12 date. He was extremely helpful and patient and took the time to listen to my needs, wants, heard my feedback and tried the best to get me with the one I wanted. I did the sleep test which really helped narrow it down for me. I ended up getting the TEMPER-ProAdapt Medium Hybird along with some other Temper products (mattress protector, sheets, pillows) all the things! I got such a great deal for Black Friday and left with what I wanted. I can't thank George enough for the excellent customer service. First of all on the planned date, delivery guy called me and said I have a King size frame and Queen size mattress there must be something wrong. I was upset but i kindly called back and asked them to fix issue immedieatly. They explained many bla bla and re-set delivery for next week after 4 days. I kept quite and waited and guess what happened? 4 days later i got a King size frame with Queen size mattress, what a suprise! I called them and ask replacement on my mattress again and after few days they have done this replacement finaly.. But my suffer didnt end there. After a month i just didnt think this is not the right mattress for me, as they advertise on return policy they are not telling you exactly that you have to pay for the gift frame which is useless , awful and 600 USD appx. Ups plus the re-stock fee , so you decide would you deal with these people again , no never! It was my first time in their store and i swear it will never be again.
