I paid $31 for a pedicure, and the nail polish started coming off the same day after I took a shower, which should not happen with a fresh pedicure. The polish was uneven, clumpy, and not smooth at all. There were several spots that were completely missed, making the overall quality look rushed and unprofessional. To make matters worse, my friend also got a pedicure here for her graduation, and she had similar issues. We were both expecting our nails to look nice for a special occasion, but instead we left disappointed with the results. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I debated whether to write this, but the more I think about it, the more upset I become. Our visit started off waiting in a dirty spa chair for close to an hour and witnessing an argument between two employees - To the four women who chose to speak negatively about my daughter in your language while doing our nails- shame on you!! In case you need a reminder, most people know how to use translation apps these days!! What makes this even more disappointing is that this was my second visit with the women who worked on my nails, and both times she was incredibly rude. I am an easy customer- I am polite, patient, and respectful and there was absolutely no reason for the attitude or disrespect! After spending $190 on services- mind you only manicure and pedicure for my 10-year-old daughter (gel on her toes and no polish on her fingernails) and a full set, gel polish, and pedicure for myself--I can honestly say giving my hard-earned money to people who treat customers this way is NOT WORTH IT, not to mention the quality of the service but again, I'm easy going! No customer, especially a child, should have to sit through being talked about or made to feel uncomfortable!! Kindness and respect cost nothing, and sadly, both were missing during our visit. I've been coming here for several years. The last 3 times I've made an appointment and have had to wait anywhere from 20-45 minutes for my service. It is rude, unprofessional and unacceptable. If they are running behind use the number you request when I call to make the appointment and let me know. I was willing to ignore it once but three times is excessive. Went Friday to get my nails done for a wedding for the first time at this salon. Very beautiful salon, and the customer service was nice and welcoming. I asked for gel X and the lady who did my nails was kind, but I kept telling her to please clean my cuticles before applying the nails if she didn't listen to me and kept telling me to wait until after, which didn't make sense to me because the nail is now glued onto my finger and my cuticles are still messed up. She kept messing up my nails didn't shape them good I had to tell her to file this now and match it with the other hand so I will unfortunately not be returning especially because this experience was an expensive experience for a poor job $72 with tip and all. I made an appointment at 10am for Sunday (3/16/25), it is currently 10:15am and they are still not open. To the point where 3 employees have shown up and walked circles in the parking lot waiting. The person with the keys just now parked and went inside. They still have to set up. It is very disappointing, defeats the purpose of an appointment as well as their hours indicate 10am as the open time. As well as, their open sign has been on since we arrived at 9:55am. Went in with some friends to get pedicures and full set acrylics. They rushed two of us in and had my remaining two friends waiting for almost 20 minutes past our appointment time to begin. When the lady began doing my nails, she began to tell me that she was going to put on a Gel-X set on without confirming with me, and I refused explaining that I scheduled for full set acrylics. She then proceeded to rush the entire time providing sub par quality nails. The shape of my nails are not consistent, uneven nail lengths, there are acrylic build up under my nails, and cut my finger open due to lack of care. Their pedicures are decent, nothing makes them stand out. However, if you're looking to have a relaxing time, I don't recommend this place. read more

The Gentleman who did my gel Pedicure was an amazingly thorough and detailed nail tech. He is what gave the salon 4 stars. It would have been a slam dunk experience if it weren't for the checkout to pay process. I do not use ATM's to take out money. I always use my card with no issues. The ladies wanted me to use the ATM to pay when they have machines thay can make the process quicker. I had to try to remember my PIN, in order to pay. Are we in the stone age??? Just process it as credit and let's get out of here. Had me looking like a whole idiot standing there for no reason. I will keep a close eye on my transactions. Just bring cash if you go. I used to love this place before COVID, but the quality went down. Before they used to offer drinks and snacks on the counter, but can't say "welcome" or "hello" at the door, instead I was greeted with a "what service are u here for?" I came for a gel manicure and had to remove my old gel and she was so aggressive with me the whole appointment. She didn't wait for my old gel to soak off, but drilled everything off and made my nails so so thin. She had an attitude every time I had a request about the shape. My nails had some length to it and she said it was long enough to do french tip, but when asking to shape it more almond when they were already round she shortened my length and said it was too short. So now my nails look stiletto shaped and bend so so easily. Super upset with her service, but my pedicure tech did a good job and had an amazing attitude. My husband and I just went in here for a pedicure, gel manicure and a regular pedicure. First off what a strange experience, the lady at the front peered, through the open counter, facing the customers the entire time. My manicurist did an awful job and put the gel over my cuticles that he didn't do a great job at removing in the first place. My husband got a $40 pedicure and the massage lasted all of two minutes. Ok I haven't been to a nail tech like Mrs.Tina before !! I normally avoid techs in salons due to always getting nicked during the nail process , but Tina was gentle on my nails and cuticle!!! I was very impressed by Bedazzle for these reasons, cleanliness, timely(got in at my appointment time), relaxing atmosphere, friendly technicians. Also, I noticed all the technicians spoke good English. They, also, serve wine. I was able to settle my payment multiple ways. I chose Venmo. You need to bring cash for the gratuity, they do have an ATM as well. They are pricey. For gel nail manicure and gel nail oil pedi. I paid $88 not including the gratuity. I also had gels on, so there may be a charge to remove. I left Princess Nails as they are still insisting on masks. I am vaccinated, I have my card, but their staff "voted" to keep mask mandates. Instead of the front receptionist being on her employees, she should try to help out. The massage lasted 2 minutes. The hot towels burnt my skin because she rushed to put them on.
