Went Friday to get my nails done for a wedding for the first time at this salon. Very beautiful salon, and the customer service was nice and welcoming. I asked for gel X and the lady who did my nails was kind, but I kept telling her to please clean my cuticles before applying the nails if she didn't listen to me and kept telling me to wait until after, which didn't make sense to me because the nail is now glued onto my finger and my cuticles are still messed up. She kept messing up my nails didn't shape them good I had to tell her to file this now and match it with the other hand so I will unfortunately not be returning especially because this experience was an expensive experience for a poor job $72 with tip and all. I wish I could get them fixed for free.

The Gentleman who did my gel Pedicure was an amazingly thorough and detailed nail tech. He is what gave the salon 4 stars. It would have been a slam dunk experience if it weren't for the checkout to pay process. I do not use ATM's to take out money. I always use my card with no issues. The ladies wanted me to use the ATM to pay when they have machines thay can make the process quicker. I had to try to remember my PIN, in order to pay. Are we in the stone age??? Just process it as credit and let's get out of here. Had me looking like a whole idiot standing there for no reason. I will keep a close eye on my transactions. Just bring cash if you go. For some reason a card is an issue. THANKS TO THE LOVELY GENTLEMAN, WHO GAVE ME AN AWESOME PEDICURE.

I used to love this place before COVID, but the quality went down. Before they used to offer drinks and snacks on the counter, but can't say "welcome" or "hello" at the door, instead I was greeted with a "what service are u here for?" I came for a gel manicure and had to remove my old gel and she was so aggressive with me the whole appointment. She didn't wait for my old gel to soak off, but drilled everything off and made my nails so so thin. She had an attitude every time I had a request about the shape. My nails had some length to it and she said it was long enough to do french tip, but when asking to shape it more almond when they were already round she shortened my length and said it was too short. So now my nails look stiletto shaped and bend so so easily. Super upset with her service, but my pedicure tech did a good job and had an amazing attitude. My boyfriend's pedicure tech was also friendly.

My husband and I just went in here for a pedicure, gel manicure and a regular pedicure. First off what a strange experience, the lady at the front peered, through the open counter, facing the customers the entire time. My manicurist did an awful job and put the gel over my cuticles that he didn't do a great job at removing in the first place. My husband got a $40 pedicure and the massage lasted all of two minutes. Plus they're using old cheap polish and gel products. Boooodazzle, I never going back and left 0.00 in tip.

I got gel manicure for $35 . I'm a grown ass women. the color in the book is wwaaay different than what I chose. what the is this?!? AND why is the nail polish on my skin and over my cuticles?!? it's Sooo bad. If I could give no star I would!!

Amy killed my grad nails, they look so good. Cleanest frenchies I've ever had, I love them! She was super nice too. Although, these were very expensive. $76 is overpriced for this work. $65 would've been more reasonable. For $76 I could've got more detailed nails with extra add ons with a nail tech.

Got a gel manicure and did a terrible job at removing my cuticles and the gel painting job looks like I did it myself. This is 3 days after I got it and I've tried to scrape off the edges of paint on my skin and it just looks terrible. Not $35 worth. Plus I got a deep cut from cutting my cuticles on my left ring finger. Sadly Don't think I'll be going back. Not quality manicure for the price ):

Bedazzled pedicure!! Fourth of July theme!

While waiting here had amazing experience. One of the owners actually helped me was amazing his name is Max and he did a wonderful job. Very Friendly and we talked about Fourth of July coming up and we decided to go with the theme. The results were amazing I love it. Thank you. Been coming here for the last 6 years! Totally recommend this place.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I paid $31 for a pedicure, and the nail polish started coming off the same day after I took a shower, which should not happen with a fresh pedicure. The polish was uneven, clumpy, and not smooth at all. There were several spots that were completely missed, making the overall quality look rushed and unprofessional. To make matters worse, my friend also got a pedicure here for her graduation, and she had similar issues. We were both expecting our nails to look nice for a special occasion, but instead we left disappointed with the results. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. read more

I debated whether to write this, but the more I think about it, the more upset I become. Our visit started off waiting in a dirty spa chair for close to an hour and witnessing an argument between two employees - To the four women who chose to speak negatively about my daughter in your language while doing our nails- shame on you!! In case you need a reminder, most people know how to use translation apps these days!! What makes this even more disappointing is that this was my second visit with the women who worked on my nails, and both times she was incredibly rude. I am an easy customer- I am polite, patient, and respectful and there was absolutely no reason for the attitude or disrespect! After spending $190 on services- mind you only manicure and pedicure for my 10-year-old daughter (gel on her toes and no polish on her fingernails) and a full set, gel polish, and pedicure for myself--I can honestly say giving my hard-earned money to people who treat customers this way is NOT WORTH IT, not to mention the quality of the service but again, I'm easy going! No customer, especially a child, should have to sit through being talked about or made to feel uncomfortable!! Kindness and respect cost nothing, and sadly, both were missing during our visit. We will not be returning and will make sure no friends or family do either! read more

I made an appointment at 10am for Sunday (3/16/25), it is currently 10:15am and they are still not open. To the point where 3 employees have shown up and walked circles in the parking lot waiting. The person with the keys just now parked and went inside. They still have to set up. It is very disappointing, defeats the purpose of an appointment as well as their hours indicate 10am as the open time. As well as, their open sign has been on since we arrived at 9:55am. Bad business practice. Edit: Mind you, I made this appointment 2 weeks in advance. We went inside to let them know we've been waiting and will be taking our business else where and to please cross us off of the list. read more

Went in with some friends to get pedicures and full set acrylics. They rushed two of us in and had my remaining two friends waiting for almost 20 minutes past our appointment time to begin. When the lady began doing my nails, she began to tell me that she was going to put on a Gel-X set on without confirming with me, and I refused explaining that I scheduled for full set acrylics. She then proceeded to rush the entire time providing sub par quality nails. The shape of my nails are not consistent, uneven nail lengths, there are acrylic build up under my nails, and cut my finger open due to lack of care. Their pedicures are decent, nothing makes them stand out. However, if you're looking to have a relaxing time, I don't recommend this place. read more

This place sucks! The front desk lady rushes all the services like if we were at a drive-thru. Not good shaping, not a pleasant greeting, workers are under stressed and being timed to complete pedicures. Pricing is not cheap but the quality of nails and pedicure are. Never Again!!!!!! read more

I have my two favorite girls here, one for mani and the other for pedi. Lauren was my pedi girl and she's since moved to start her own business and I can't say it enough, there is no one like her for pedi's. I miss her so much. Ok I haven't been to a nail tech like Mrs.Tina before !! I normally avoid techs in salons due to always getting nicked during the nail process , but Tina was gentle on my nails and cuticle!!! Not one scrape at all!! I got the gel x with cat eye and I'm blown away!! She was super fast as well for gel x only taking like 1.5 hr !! Love love love !!! Will do again 10/10 recommend !!! read more

I tried a new salon in the area big mistake! I called and specifically ask if they did ombré I was told yes. I took the chance well the lady doing my nails named Ana did a horrible job left my one bumpy and drilled off some of the white acrylic. I asked her to fix it 5 times she obviously did care. Too expensive, not friendly. Will not come back. read more

My pedicure was great o did not catch his name but he did a wonderful job. The stars are for him he did a 5 star job however I had a fill and it was absolutely terrible a one star job if that. Did not get the name of my technician but by far the most rushed through amateur sloppy acrylic job I have ever had on my nails thick and uneven and sloppy absolutely terrible. read more

I was very impressed by Bedazzle for these reasons, cleanliness, timely(got in at my appointment time), relaxing atmosphere, friendly technicians. Also, I noticed all the technicians spoke good English. They, also, serve wine. I was able to settle my payment multiple ways. I chose Venmo. You need to bring cash for the gratuity, they do have an ATM as well. They are pricey. For gel nail manicure and gel nail oil pedi. I paid $88 not including the gratuity. I also had gels on, so there may be a charge to remove. I left Princess Nails as they are still insisting on masks. I am vaccinated, I have my card, but their staff "voted" to keep mask mandates. I'm happy my niece told me about Bedazzle! read more

The colors in the book don't match the color you will get. I'm stuck with absolutely awful nails rn because the color I picked is not what I got, but when I asked about it I was told the color I have looks nice and I can get a better one next time....nails themselves are ok but pretty thick and lots of leftover powder making the surface rough because it got clumped up in the gel. read more

My first time coming here for a pedicure =Horrible. 49 for a special pedicure (Which I do not mind). HOWEVER, The woman did not even say hi or anything . Yet it was probably because the woman at the front was on her to hurry up with me. It got to a point where I felt bad for the woman and figured that was why she was in a bad mood . Instead of the front receptionist being on her employees, she should try to help out. The massage lasted 2 minutes. The hot towels burnt my skin because she rushed to put them on. People come to these sort of places to relax and enjoy what they are paying for. Never coming back. If you want a drive thru nail place, this is your spot. read more

I came here for my wedding nails back in January and I loved them! I came back Friday and I hate them. I wish the lady cared. She cut me multiple times and my fingers actually burned! I am considering going and getting my nails painted over because I hate them that much. Which is really sad because I spent a lot on them. read more

I arrived to the location promptly, waited an additional 10 min for them to be ready.. walked inside, stood in front of the door, no answer, sent me to another part of the building. No answer. The woman who books the spots calls me and tells me I was booked at another location. Not sure how that happened since clearly in the text messages I asked and was confirmed for the location I was at. No apology for the mishap on their part nada. What a waste of time

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and Rimi was happy to do my Brazilian wax front and back. I was a tad nervous about the service especially since I hadn't been waxed in months. But Rimi assured me she'd do her best to make me look amazing. And boy, it was like night and day . She literally removed all the hair front and back. I looked so good (and still do, days later) Prices are reasonable too and the wax room is really pretty and clean. Thank you Rimi and staff. I'll be back.

Based on the photos, I liked the vibe, it had great reviews and they have a dog at the front desk. I requested for an appointment online more than a week in advance and received a confirmation text the same day. I received a text to confirm my appointment 2 days prior and then a second text reminder text the day before. I read that if you don't cancel 24 hours in advance then they will charge you the full amount of the service. My appointment was with Illiana and all went well. She made me feel comfortable and it was almost painless. I would come back again. It's a few dollars less expensive if you pay with cash and I happened to have cash on me so I saved a few bucks.

NEW MANAGEMENT AND WORKERS ARE TERRIBLE! This was my favorite salon to come in Rancho Cucamonga. But they added new workers recently and they didn't even know what they were doing. My nails fell off fast, the gel polish was done terrible. I asked the lady to to make sure they weren't too long and she didn't listen. However I decided to give them another chance and stop by again today for a fill. The lady in the front said the wait time was 10 min. She sat me down and I ended up waiting for 30 minutes before I asked her again how much longer I understand you guys are busy but I have other things to do if it's possible I can just reschedule she said oh it'll just be 10 more minute. Another 20 minutes go by and she comes up to me and tells me that none of the girls want to do my nails because I was upset of how they did their work last time. I completely understand that I wasn't happy but you should never treat your customers like this they should've told me from the start of it didn't want to my nails and I would completely understand! Honestly don't go here all of the girls are terrible even the front desk girl rude don't care for their clients terrible terrible terrible! I really hope The manager from this salon sees this and takes care of their workers and make sure that they treat their clients a little bit better I myself on my own business and I will never with waste someone's time like this read more

I really like it here but I'm only giving 3 stars because even though I have gone here for 2 years, my last visit, I received gel mani and pedi but the gel was not sticking. They kept putting my hand in the UV machine. Almost 10 times because it was still sticky. They knew it and kept going. I think they gave up and just wrapped up and finished. I still felt sticky and they said don't worry it's dry. I paid a total of 75 dollars. The gel lifted the next morning and my toes polish was was lifted too. I was very upset. Not sure if I would go back if they continued to do something instead of just starting over to make it right. read more

Wanted to try a place closer to home.. Was very hesitant trying a new place.. So I gave this shop a shot! Glad I did! Walked in, was greeted & i informed her that it was first time here. She said there was going to be a 30 minute wait .. I took and seat & I didn't wait 30 minutes ! Which was great .the decor is on point, and so elegant ! Adriana did my gel manicure. We talked the whole time & laughed. She did a great job & I believe I found my new spot ! I def recommend this place. Little on the priced side but well worth it ! Be back in 2 weeks! read more

Jennifer is the best technician in the salon. She does beautiful work, does not rush and I always walk out happy. I have seen some work of the other ladies in the shop and they do not even meet up to the standards that Jennifer does. If this shop could just get more technician's like Jennifer, it would be the hottest salon in Rancho Cucamonga. Rancho is an area where people are willing to pay more for good service, so I hope they make some changes and get highly skilled techs. in there. Let Jennifer mentor them. This really was a rip off. i came here for a quick ped on my lunch break. I called ahead to tell them that i don't want to wait. when i got there, they told me to wait for 20'. what was a point to make appointment?The girl offered me an upgrade ped, i told her i was in hurry but she said that was fine. She could has enough time to give me a good ped. i ended up pay $ 60 for the ped in 1/2 hour. my gel color was wear off on the next day. That was a horrible job, she even cut me too. never want to come back again read more

I had been here a several time, it was Ok. Most the time i would get the gel mani & paid about $40. But yesterday i was in hurry, so i just wanted a quick mani. The girl wasn't happy and angry when i said i just wanted a quick mani They just wanted to serve the customer that paid lot of money. She tried to give me a gel mani, that was ok to me but the gel didn't last . It chipped off the next day, she cut me, and she did not disinfect her tools either. The service was bad. they will laugh with you just to get your money but talks about you in their own language while they are all laughing at you. beware of lauren. pretends that she likes you and wants you think she is nice while she is adding other services without your permission to charge more . (very manipulative). they are very prejudice. you are only important to them for monetary gain. very rude,disrespectful, and ignorant people. if only you can write reviews without any star. they don't even deserve one star. read more

Just stopped in to check out this salon and possibly make an appointment. Wow, I was so impressed with how clean the place was and how friendly the staff was. The girl who did my nails was the manager so I thought, I have the best lady doing my nails. She complained about removing my gel polish off. It was my first time getting fake nails on, never again! My nails looked so fat! She didn't file them to fit my natural nails. My nails looked wide! I asked for almond shape. She kept looking at the clock as if she didn't want to be at work, servicing me.
