My mom and I started coming here ever since I was 10, I'm 24 now. We stopped coming a few years ago, my mom gets her nails done in corona next to her work and I go to 3D Nails bc they specialize in art. I decided to come back, since it's abt 20 min closer than 3D Nails. As soon as I walked in, I was sat. I thought "okay great". The man came to do my nails and started with telling me how pretty I am, then proceeded to use used tools and no gloves. I asked for new tools, there was some huff and puff but he agreed. I was getting a fill. French tip. Simple enough, right? Wrong! Started using the wrong color, and then assured me polish would fix it. Fine. He did my broken nail last. As he's placing the nail, he keeps hanking around my finger and then blames me for the nail not being placed straight. (I have had thousands of sets, and for two years I did my own acrylic- these hands are STEADY). So, I offered to apply it myself. He said yes. As I go in to take the nail and place it, he pushes my hand back and tried to place the nail again (the glue was already dried and he didn't reapply). I then let him know, VERY kindly in the softest voice as I didn't want to make a scene, that if it was an issue I could go somewhere else and that I didn't want to stress him out. I even offered to pay for the work he already did. He. Got. Mad. He threw my hands back at me and started belligerently yelling at me and saying screw you and then switched to his language. I RAN out of there. I'm texting my husband to bring me cash to tip, and I nearly get assaulted. Over nails. Over. Nails. If anyone wants pretty nails, go to 3D nails. read more

Called to see if they could take a walk in they made me an appointment to come in at 2pm, When I called I asked to see how much extra they would charge for gel and he said it comes with pedicures. I didn't know they charge 15 dollars extra. Came in and got greeted right away. Got sat and they started my mani and pedi the same time. The ladies working on my mani and pedi were nice but I just felt like they were rushing. It wasn't busy at all and they did a horrible job my nails are uneven my toes aren't the same shape. I asked for square and I got octagon. When I went to pay I asked the lady how much was everything and she told me, when I asked why am I being charged gel she said that's how much they charged. I than asked to see the menu pricing and she got mad and started raising her voice. I told her I wasn't mad I just wanted to see. Anyways I'm Sorry won't be coming back. Poorly done job. Today I had a nice $65 pedicure by a gentleman not sure of his name. When I went to pay with two different gift certificates, one with $25 dollars remaining balance and one with $43 dollars remaining. I was told that the one with $25 had expired as it was from December of 2024. I agree it was old but no where on the certificate is there an expiration date and it should have been honored. Just beware if you have gift certificates they must be use within the year. Maybe management should put on their certificates that they expire one year from date of purchase so there is no confusion in the future. read more

I come here twice a month and usually get a decent pedicure. NOT TODAY, I ended up using the tool to clean my own toenails because he didn't then I had to file them straight across because he didn't. Kim is the best! She's been doing my nails for years! She's always on time with her appointments. I never have to wait. If I ever break a nail, she'll fix it right away for me at no extra cost. And she's so knowledgeable in her craft. She always gives me recommendations and her opinions because im always asking for it, especially when I'm indecisive. Her quality of work speaks for itself because I'll have full sets lasting 2 months, which helps when I don't have the time to come every month. Oh, and she is definitely one who you can show a picture to replicate a nail design for you!!! I always think it comes out better than i envisioned. If you go, ask for Kim for your nails. I've gone to so many places trying to get my nails done. But they never stay on! Finally I found Kim. She's amazing. We do gel x and they last until they grow out and bug me. No lifts. Anywhere else I go my nails only last 5 to 10 days. I think it's because I have oily nail beds or something like that. I've been going so long. I am now a regular and it feels so welcoming. I get to know everyone working there and we chat and laugh and have inside jokes. I used to hate getting my nails done because it would be so boring but now it is fun chatting with the girls. This used to be my go to place to get my eyebrows waxed. They were quick and efficient. This is now my 2nd time that I have tried to get my eyebrows done, and both times they say they do not have anyone that does that today. I have been on different days and different months. They are kinda rude and never say when they will have anyone available. Wish they would just say they work on this day and time. Still not good with customer service. Go somewhere else. Review: my first time in and my nail tech did a good job on shaping almond acrylic but he was rough on my nail beds, and he cut me. That upset me; my finger hurts. I was transferred to another seat for polish and that nail tech did not do a good job quoting my nails evenly with polish. Pedicure: I noticed this lady who also did my pedicure, used the same tools on 3 different ladies. One on myself, and two other ladies after me. If I could leave zero stars I would for my last experience. I have been here a few times before for just a simple pedicure or gel manicure and they were fine. Today I went in for a full set and showed my inspo picture at the front desk, which was just an almond shaped white French tip. Simple. I have gotten this done at tons of other shops before but since I'm new to the area I decided to go here. The gentleman said we can do that with gel x or acrylic it'll be the same price I said I've never done gel x so the acrylic was fine but he insisted that the gel x would be the better option as well as a thinner option so I took that as his "professional" opinion and went with his advice. I sit down and the girl doing them was very nice so issue at all with how she treated me but it seemed as though she has never ever done this before. She made many many mistakes with the application as well as the shaping and I could tell she got frustrated while trying to shape them. It seemed like she had just never ever done it before. Once it was time to paint them she passed it off to someone else who then also did a very messy job with no clean up on the actual nail. I don't like confrontation or to be taken as I'm being rude because I've worked in customer service for 5 years and I know it's not fun to deal with as the worker so I went on with the rest of the service really upset but didn't say anything. They finish the service and say you're done and I look under my nails and this is the THICKEST application of any nail I've ever ever had and they did no clean up or drilling/filing underneath. I show the girl and it seems like she didn't know to even clean that so she gently filed them but it didn't change much. I wash my hands and go to pay. $80. The most I have ever ever paid for a set of nails $80!!! Especially for something I went to my car after and cried over. They even asked for a tip while paying since I paid with card. He told me I couldn't do a tip on the card which I didn't plan on doing because I was so upset over them. Unfortunately I will not return to this business, which I've never had to do before. I just wish they would've told me they couldn't do what I wanted when I originally showed the inspiration picture. I would have rather been sent somewhere else. read more

I experienced the customer service every. Guy with glasses did my nail Saturday. Next day one came off today another one came off. I asked for a new set because I don't have the time to keep coming to get my nails fixed. I payed $105 with tip for these nails. I went back today and he didn't even speak to me when he started doing my nails. Didn't say a word or apologize. I didn't expect to get one to be honest since they tend to blame the customer. He started speaking in his language with another emplee pointing at my nails an laughing. To which I said it's rude to speak another language while laughing and pointing at the nails. He raised he voice and said: do you know my language? Do you know what I said? Which wasn't the point to being with. It's very obvious when they are speaking about you. I couldn't help but my tears came out I felt humiliated. Kim came and made him stop doing my nails. He didn't apologize nor did he show any sign of feeling sorry for me. He has a very bad attitude and doesn't care about customer. He is studying to be a nurse and I feel so bad for those patients that are going to be under his care.
