I have never been cut by my usual threading stylist I go to at the mills mall but I was desperate to find something close this day and was recommended to go here but it was a bad decision. I felt during the process that the stylist was a bit rough with the thread but chalked it up to me not fully remembering the pain and thinking it was normal. I felt the pain on my eyebrows all day and it wasn't until today (the day after) I noticed it still hurt a significant amount. Low and behold a take a closer look in the mirror and I have cuts! I've absolutely never had this happen and I'm so disappointed. That would've been dangerous if they didn't switch out the threads they were using. I won't be going back. read more

The complimentary Brazilian and Armpit wax services by Daya were very nice & had a pain scale of 4/10. I was very hesitant because of the horrible wax I received by their Fontana location (the waxer double dipped, & ripped in all directions -- not sanitary or appropriate) which left me bleeding. I'm glad that I finally was able to get my wax done with someone licensed to do so!! The only thing I wasn't too happy with was my eyebrow service as they don't look anything like the eyebrow shape I normally have when Sharan in Fontana works on them. Daya warned me they might've been different because she's a different person but after showing her the picture I kinda expected better, especially because I had grew out my eyebrows to have more room to work with. Though she was kind enough to take her time, I noticed the amount of women walking in (11/2) and didn't want to keep them waiting as I had already had her show me and fix them 3x nor did I want my eyebrows to become worse. The top arch part of my left eyebrow was completely taken off and that's what upset me most :(. Both have almost no arch at all underneath , they almost look straight underneath and super round on top .. what I get is sharp, pointed ends with sharp arched brows (I'll post in photos) I'll should've just drove to Fontana to go to Sharan. They're still nice (to other people) but not to me. I'm sorry but I won't be changing my review on this as it's important to get the star of the face (eyebrows) right. She could've asked me to even keep the picture open but she didn't so I thought she had it memorized :/. I'm not angry, just upset that I should've listened to my instincts. Went there a couple of times and mainly Daya took care of me. The main reason why I liked going to that location and not the Fontana one is bc my nail salon is next door. So it was the convenience for me. Daya burned me one time when she waxed me and combined with her continued rudeness, I stopped coming all together. The last time I went I was a walk-in. I was told that she had no availability because "she only takes appointments". I asked if I could wait for a cancellation or something. They said if I could go with somebody else but that's not what I wanted. Then they said the wait was over an hour "because she had back to back threading apts". I literally saw her doing nothing while I waited there for about 30 minutes. When she saw that I was still waiting she decided to take me as a walk-in when she could have taken me early. This time I needed a Saturday appointment so I had to come to this location, and my experience was equally amazing. Neet helped me with my Brazilian and she was so sweet! She was fast and informative, helping with tips along the way for future visits. She was also super friendly which helped to take away any potential awkwardness or discomfort. The price is very affordable, the place was very clean (they wiped every door knob they entered and exited from, they had you wear masks and use hand sanitizer, and used different sticks with each wax dip) and the results were absolutely perfect.
