We were able to purchase a mattress that would have normally sold for around $1000.00 but we only paid $300.00. When I went to pick up the mattress and box spring I discovered that I had miscalculated and the box spring would not fit in the vehicle. Two of the young men that worked there spent about 20 minutes securing it to the luggage rack of my vehicle so that I could get it safely to my home. I am also very happy with the bed I purchased.

I was talked into a particular table and chairs because the set would be available on April 20. The day before April 20 I got a call saying 2 of the 4 chairs would be delivered and the other 2 a week later. On April 20, no chairs were delivered. Since then I have repeatedly been promised, "The chairs will be here on Thursday, and we will immediately ship them." I even called the corporate office and was told they would contact the store. Two weeks ago I was told two chairs had been shipped on Thursday and would be there on Monday (May 30). Still no chairs. No one ever calls me to say chairs have been delayed. No communication is initiated by Hank's. Today I called Hank's and was told, "The chairs will be in on Thursday and will be shipped." I have never had to put up with service like this from any reputable vendor.
