However this last visit I would rate 1 star and this is the one I'm going to speak of. This will explain what I mean when I say an "elevated foot spa". I booked a couples massage for my husband and I for our anniversary. I booked it same day and they said they had availability. When we got there, they said it would be 10 mins which was past the appt time but Offered us champagne and chocolate. They put us in a room where we were together. About 15 mins into my massage? The woman that was massaging me took a phone call- while she was massaging me. Apparently she was the receptionist. And then she left the room to look at the schedule for the person who was calling. So that was very annoying- During our couples massage!!!. So not only did that happen once but then a little more than half way thru- someone knocked on the door and she opened it (while my husband and I were half naked on the tables) and had a conversation with someone. Another woman came in and started massaging me- she was different and actually soooo much better! But then about 5 mins later- the receptionist woman returned, they switched and it was awful again. I offer a lot of grace typically but this was not what we wanted nor paid for. I left pretty upset but didn't say anything because the language barrier was too much. I used to come here once a month and understood that I got what I paid for... but I think I'm done this time. $280 later and I'm bent out of shape not relaxed. And also woke up this morning back is sore and have what feels like a crick in my left shoulder.

We were able to be in the same treatment room together, where we were led to comfortable massage tables, so we could stretch out and relax. The atmosphere was so soothing, and my facial truly was relaxing, I didn't realize how much tension I had in my face. My favorite massage therapist Deanna is one of the owners. I have been a client of Deanna's for the last five years and she has been an absolute godsend. My pain management has been excellent since I began seeing her for massage therapy. Deanna offers more than just your standard Swedish massage. She will incorporate techniques that she feels are the most beneficial for you as a client. The space itself is beautiful. When you walk in, you are immediately greeted by your therapist and also by the calming and relaxing atmosphere. I like to call it my happy place. There are two rooms for massage and there is no double booking or overlap. If your appointment is at 5, you will be seen at 5. For newbies, come 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and have a consultation with your therapist. This spa is very tech savvy, which I love. I did the foot reflexology massage and OMG was it amazing. They don't just do the feet, they massage other areas like face, arms, etc to relax you. The massage ended with a back massage that was terrific..I was worried with herniated discs that it might hurt, and there were some instances when it did but that's because I've neglected my back and it was tight in knots and sensitive. The minute I stood up, I felt an instant difference in my overall health, and NO PAIN in my back or my feet anymore. The cost was much less than I anticipated for the hour I was there, and I felt welcomed back and like the staff genuinely cared about my health. They know what they are doing, I've been to other places and have never had an experience as pleasant, comfortable, or as peaceful as this visit.
