I am 67 years of age and was experiencing the aches and pain of growing older. I finally had enough of going to my primary care physician and getting no relief. All she would do is prescribe medication, which gave me little to no real relief. In fact, I was experiencing more of the negative side effects than positive ones. She finally recommended sports therapy. But I had been there and done that during major surgery rehab. That's when I decided to seek the alternative of massage therapy, and because i did, my life has been changed for the better. After eight sessions with Audrey since July 31st, two custom, one therapeutic, two Swedish, two CcranioSacral and one Lymphatic, all of my chronic aches and pain have been eliminated. No more constant neck, shoulders and left foot pain. I no longer need to take all of those toxic pharmaceutical medications, including for blood pressure and a statin for cholesterol. In September, Victoria gave me my first ever facial and it was fantastic. It won't be the last. I now sleep better and don't have to sleep as long. I can do things now that I would not have dreamed of trying less than six months ago, I feel and look better than I have in a long time. My family and friends have noticed the difference too. The first time Keo worked on me I went 1.5 months without numbness or tingling. I bought a membership while I was there, but there was a facility closer to home, and decided to try it. The numbness came back. So I now drive an hour each month to see Keo, and as long as I see her once a month I experience no pain, numbness or tingling! She has a client for life! I also want to add age works on some pretty serious knots in my shoulders so we talk through the massage. She is a great conversationalist as well. In addition to seeing Keo I have also seen Tiffany for facials. Y'all, she's amazing. I saw instant results in my skin!

They even reschedule visits w/o letting you know so that you are trapped again into paying a fee if you can't make it. I have overheard multiple disgruntled customers while in the waiting room dealing with the same issues and not being able to get out of their contracts w/o lots of fees. The hot towels and paraffin wax were only left on for about two minutes before my 7-minute massage started, which felt rushed compared to other salons. During the massage, I was also repeatedly asked if everything was okay, which made it hard to actually relax. Overall, the experience felt more focused on upselling than customer service. I was not impressed and will not be back. I would rather drive farther for better service elsewhere.
