I showed Jayla the inspo picture and my nails ended up looking even better than the picture. I loved the cozy environments and little cute details everywhere. The little flower soaps were so cute and different than any other nail salon. I will definitely be coming back for a pedi.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came here based on rave Yelp reviews, but my experience was…read moreembarrassing, uncomfortable, and honestly, discriminatory. I have mild palmoplantar psoriasis--a non-contagious skin condition and without any flair ups --and instead of making me feel welcomed, the staff made me feel judged the entire time. The pedicure was rushed and barely addressed my calluses/extra skin (which is the entire reason I get pedicures! Is to keep the extra skin I produce off). No callus softener was used, and when I asked for more effort, it was done, but met with an energy as if I was crazy for asking that, again, it's literally the ONLY thing I look forward to and need. The neon yellow polish I chose was applied without a white base, making it look dull and sloppy. Then I was asked if it was ok - which kind of confused me, because shouldn't an experienced nail tech know that a white base is required for neon colors to pop properly? It looked horrible and I had to have her remove it. For my manicure, I asked for dip powder, but the tech convinced me into some "new gel technique" that burned my nails every time she put them under the light and smelled horrible. The result was so bad, it literally oozed onto my skin, and didn't stick to my nails because I couldn't cure the gel due to the burning sensation under the light. Felt like I was placing resin on my nails. When I mentioned the details I was experiencing and in as kind of a manner as I could and that it was ok I could just go to my usual place, I was met with an exchange of words in Vietnamese, which frustrated me even more and semi attitude from some of the staff. I really didn't mean to make anything difficult and I even mentioned paying for what I could and that I'd just happily leave. I finally was able to get up to leave and go straight to my usual salon to have everything redone. To add the cherry on top - I still paid $70 for this service. Beautiful inside and the salon and I really liked the way they displayed the colors they have, that was actually really nice. Their follow-up message basically blamed my skin condition instead of acknowledging their lack of care and professionalism. For anyone with even the slightest skin issue or who expects basic customer service: stay far away. EDIT AFTER REVIEW RESPONSE: Your response only confirms my frustration. Let me be crystal clear: I didn't come to your salon for medical treatment - I came for a basic pedicure and manicure like I've had at countless other salons without issue. What I received was rushed, low-effort service and a lack of care. My feet weren't properly prepped, my calluses weren't addressed, and the neon polish was applied without a base coat - resulting in a dull, sloppy finish. On my hands, I was pressured into a gel service I didn't even want, which burned my nails and smelled awful. I left embarrassed, uncomfortable, and $70 lighter... only to immediately go to my usual salon to have everything redone the right way. Your continued focus on my skin condition as a scapegoat is both dismissive and tone-deaf. This wasn't a health issue. This was a quality and professionalism issue. Own that. Do better.

5 Stars - Absolutely Phenomenal Experience at Milk + Honey!…read more I walked into Milk + Honey and was immediately greeted with a warm smile and a genuine "hello" that made me feel right at home. The waiting area is stunning and beautifully designed. A fantastic variety of products to browse while you wait. Kyndal welcomed me with another friendly hello and even offered me something to drink. As a first-timer, I had no idea what to expect, but from the moment we sat down for the consultation, I knew I was in great hands. Kyndal was incredibly attentive and truly listened. When I mentioned I play golf and often pull my hair back in a ponytail, she zeroed in on those details and crafted the perfect plan. I went for a bold 4-inch haircut and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! The entire staff is top-notch, the atmosphere is relaxing and upscale, and the service is genuinely next-level. (Once it's gone, it's gone--and I'm so happy with how it's gone!) I can't recommend Kyndal enough if you're looking for an experienced, talented stylist and colorist who actually cares about your hair and your lifestyle. I'm already counting down the days until my next appointment. If you're on the fence, just go, you won't regret it! Highly, highly recommend!

The ambiance of this place is so pretty with all the pink, the nice pedicure chairs, the roses and pink caribou feathers, all the "couture" touches. But what sterilized the experience was pre choosing your services with options. While I see how it helps it keep things transparent in terms of billing (walking in with designer items doesn't encourage staff to jack up pricing like at other places), it didn't allow for customization or upgrades for my daughter's kids pedicure. She has no callouses or dead skin like us dried out adults but pre teens enjoy a little upgrade! I asked the front desk staff and after they looked into it, they confirmed that a kids pedicure has zero option to upgrade to a lavender, lemongrass, couture etc experience. Pumice stone and sugar scrub was all she could get in the kids pedicure. That was a bummer because she was visibly disappointed and I was not about to pay $65 for a lavender pedicure + $20 gel upgrade for an $85 gel pedicure for her little baby toes. I wouldn't even do that for me, and I have some mean callouses to work off. Complimentary cocktail was included (I got the cotton candy champagne, forgot the name) and you got to choose that beforehand which was cool, and they had a variety of alcohol and non-alcoholic choices. Just wish there was a bit more flexibility with options here. They have a points system and bday discounts which is nice for locals. The place was absolutely poppin, busier than I've ever seen at a normal regular nail place so clearly they're doing something right for their clientele! It just was disappointing because I know my regular nail place would customize whatever I needed for my girl.

As my nail tech started on the gel base coat, I actually had to ask, did you already do the manicure and cuticles, etc., because I had dry skin and misshapen nails with jagged edges. She seemed surprised that I asked, but then fixed things, to some extent. The color was fine, and the massage was the usual 30-second massage most places give you with a gel manicure. Overall, worst gel manicure I've received in a long, long time. The gel pedicure was much better than the manicure, though not good enough to make me return to this nail salon. It was pretty empty inside--lots of chairs, but not a lot of clients. It's got an elegant appearance, though. On a positive note, they were able to take me on short notice.
