Renshi Teaches with her expertise in the art of Okinawa karate in teaching Kata and Kobudo and Jose helps with his expertise in giving his insight on why and how they train. I travel a lot for work and I train in various martial arts. I dropped in here to take party in their sparring session. It was a fantastic technique based spar. I was a complete new face in the gym and they new I was only there for one day but they could not have been more welcoming. Terry and Christina, the owners, are fantastic people. They teach a technique tree called superfoot. It's tricky but crazy effective. They were pretty patient with me as they thought me the basic concepts. LOVE this place.
