First, the facility is pristine and absolutely beautiful. The space, the esthetic, the energy, the instruction is all high caliber. after moving with owner, Ken, the first time, I knew this Art of movement was a game changer for me. Ken's innate and experienced knowledge, wisdom, expertise & guidance and endless patience with me helped guide me toward my most empowered version of self to date. Movement is his medicine. I have come into a lot of healing through this medicine. I am NOT a fighter by any means and can't even stand the thought of combat or grappling and yet here I am delighted, absolutely enjoying learning principles of Jiu jitsu and I find myself wanting to learn more and more! Ken meets you where and who you are and guides you to your truth. Can't recommend this healing experience enough!

The Roys are incredible with every skill level and especially every type of child. Autism and any other persons on any spectrum are welcomed and taught in ways that meet their individual needs. I was blown away by how they interacted with the kids. We live it here, and the precautions they have taken during covid are above and beyond what the state has recommended. They have done an awesome job keeping people motivated and moving forward in their practice.

If you sit and watch a class you'll see it lacks any real instruction or discipline. The student leaders can't lead them selfs out of a cardboard box let a class. There only focus is fleecing there students for money and passing out mean less belts. With pointless belt testing (pay to test you well get a belt) pushing bs everybody wins something Tournament. If you want a false understanding of tekwondo or karate I say this because the people there don't even know what discipline they teach there saddly you can learn more watching old karate/ninja movies then taking class at this place.
