There was a billing issue when I cancelled my membership (apparently because I opened my membership…read morein one location and cancelled it at another). I jumped to the conclusion that the overbilling was intentional and made a huge stink about it. I was wrong. Kevin showed me the website of his payment processor and it looked like my account as cancelled. He was able to get it all figured out, once he knew what the problem was. If you have a billing issue, especially when ending your membership, go to Kevin directly and give him the chance to make it right.
