I had a friend post and recommend this place on Facebook as a thrift store furniture so finally…read morechecked it out on a Saturday. I was confused and still was after looking them up. So, Zicknacks and Treasure Trove Fleatique both share same address and signage is for Treasure Trove Fleatique. Once inside, the downstairs has used furniture while upstairs has booths for different vendors of used items, a lot of it vintage. There is even a plant booth which I loved and purchased a couple plants at a good price. Sooo, after coming home and searching online I am deducing on my own that Zicknacks occupies the main floor/downstairs portion of this venue of furniture and furnishings (I never saw any signage-- did I miss it?) And other vendors occupy upstairs. I must admit this particular visit there wasn't that much furniture but I can see that this is a good option when searching. The cashier is on the main floor near the front door. Searching online it shows Zicknacks also does donation pickup and has Hauling services.

Over the past couple years, the whole place has become better organized and a lot cleaner. The prices and weekly deals are definitely better than they used to be. Friends carries a wide variety of items. The first floor is furniture, kitchen items, household decorations, toys, and books. Within the past year or so, someone has really stepped it up by staging living rooms and kitchen sets. Looks great! The second floor has clothes, shoes, purses, bedding, and more furniture. They have an elevator if you have difficulty doing steps. The clothing selection is mostly older stuff, but occasionally you can find some neat items. They do have a dressing room. Overall, Friends is a pretty good thrift shop, especially when you compare it to what it used to be. All of the volunteers are very friendly and helpful. A lot of locals come in and shop. Friends used to get a lot of organs and there was an elderly man that would come in and play old rag time music on them. There are some treasures to be had at Friends! They run weekly specials, so even if you do feel some items are overpriced, it will likely go on sale in the future anyway. You'll always have a good experience at Friends!

This was my first and last time at a Red White and Blue Thrift Store. We go into this very poorly…read morelit location and shop for over an hour. They have a lot of stuff. It was all a waste of time. They don't have fitting rooms. They don't have a return policy. They are charging over $20 for a used dirty pair of pants. Cheapest item I had in my cart was $10 and it was in good shape. If I wanted to leave with over $100 worth of clothes and only have a handful of items I'm then I will go to Gabe's or Marshall's and buy brand new items that I can try on and return if needed. Oh and it's cash only. And don't ask the slack-jawed employees a question or else they'll look at you like you have 3 heads and a horses a**. This place is a joke.
