** 7 Year Updated Review **…read more This practice continues to be top-notch in my book. I've exclusively only dealt with Dr. Denise White because she's just that great. I'm able to reach my provider anytime during business hours by telephone and by email other times. She's very kind, has a great bedside manner, is smart, and pleasant. She's gentle and always puts a smile on my face. If you are looking for a great provider and advocate for women's health, this practice and Dr. White is the way to go. Now trust me when I tell you, the entire staff is great. My experience is always a great experience from the moment I enter and converse w kind desk staff, to the friendly and professional medical attendants that assist the providers. 5/5 greatness !! It's super clean at all times. The exam rooms are spacious, free of clutter, and patient friendly. I've been w this practice for 24 years. Dr. White, at least 6 years. I ain't going NO WHERE !! Thank you for continuing to be an amazing practice for women's health.

I am now with a new provider, and I was able to get a blood test at my first appointment. One of my medical conditions has gotten worse throughout the year, and I inquired about support with my employer. I was advised by my two providers that medication is the only support I can be given, or that we only need to evaluate my condition every month. I am very disappointed in Dr. Ahern and Morgan Wilkerson. It is apparent that they are not in the business of supporting those who need OBGYN services. I wasn't even at the location for a year, and I could see that. At least I'm at a new provider, and they specialize in my condition. I can understand that both providers may not have been sufficiently educated about my condition, so it made sense to make the change. I'm so happy with my provider now. Thank you for the horrible experience, Capital Women's Care!

From the moment I began my care at the Towson location, every single person I encountered was kind, supportive, and truly invested in my well being. I was a nervous wreck, overwhelmed and struggling with depression, but the entire team stood by me every step of the way. Even though this wasn't my first pregnancy, it was my first experience with this OB-GYN office and I can honestly say, it was the best care I've ever received. They not only provided excellent medical attention, but also made sure I was never left feeling unheard or alone. They took time to educate me, listened to my concerns, and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire journey. When it came time to deliver, I was terrified due to all the complications I had faced. But once again, they rose to the occasion making me feel safe, supported, and cared for. A nurse stayed by my side the entire time during delivery, and I will never forget that. They didn't miss a beat and never played around when it came to my health and my baby's. I am beyond grateful for the compassion, dedication, and professionalism of this team. Thank you for everything. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone especially those with complicated pregnancies. You'll be in the best hands possible. I want to thank EVERYONE in the whole office.

My first visit after she fully joined Capitol Women's Care in 2024 was completely different from what I had known. I walked in and was treated like an inconvenience from the moment I arrived. I was told to fill out additional paperwork because I was new to their system, which was fine, but it easily could have been sent to me online. I have called in with symptoms and requests for help, only to be immediately treated as if I must have an infection and told I needed labs before anyone would even discuss my concerns. I have had to raise my voice just to get a chance to speak with Dr. Lubman directly, which is something I never do, especially as someone who works in healthcare. Before 2024 that was never my experience. Earlier this week I called to schedule my yearly appointment. The first woman I spoke with, who had a Caribbean accent, was extremely rude, talked in circles, and made the entire interaction stressful. I tried to be patient because I understand what it is like to have difficult days in healthcare. After twenty minutes she told me I did not know my own health history, and I ended the call. I called back hoping to get someone else, but the next woman clearly did not know her job and put me on hold without any explanation. That was enough for me. If any place should be a safe and respectful space, it should be your GYN office. I will truly miss Dr. Lubman and her assistant Julia. However, I will not tolerate ignorance or mistreatment, especially from medical staff.

They cancelled my initial appointment. Blamed me for booking the wrong appointment, and then…read morerescheduled me the next day same time for the same type of appointment. If the call center hired people and teaches them the right protocols my appointment wouldn't have been booked incorrectly in the first place. After going in regardless of the type of appointment, they booked me for a follow up, knowing the fact that I haven't been seen for my annual, since my annual was due. Due to me moving I wanted to book this appointment because it takes a long time to get a new PCM and a new referral for another new GYN. In order to just do my annual I booked this appointment but was given attitude from the medical technician that screened me. She slammed the sheet on the bed, slammed the door, rolled her eyes, and I'm certain she said quite a few nasty remarks to Dr. Melissa Foy. They proceeded with the appointment as a follow up and did a pap, but didn't not sceeen me if I could be pregnant. Did not ask for my last menstrual cycle. I've worked in the medical field for over 12 years as a medic and they failed to even ask the basic questions of doing protocol. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS OBGYN CLINIC TO GET CARE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH OR WELL BEING. I do not remember the medical technicians name. Not worth going to this gyn clinic!!!!!!!! Best to AVOID PLACES LIKE THIS THAT TREAT THEIR PATIENTS LIKE GARBAGE. Have attitude regardless of even if I were the last patient of the day.

When I received the call that I was indeed pregnant I hit the internet looking for a doctor that was close to me and had birthing privileges at Sinai Hospital. They have payment plan options. Accepts most insurance. Submits claims for the for the patient. Scheduling and rescheduling appts were a breeze. Very punctual facility, so do come on time! My fav doctors of the practice are Jacobs,Kates,Minkin, and Faber. They take their time explaining what is going to happen in easily to understand terms. Very friendly. Using the latest medical technology and information. My daughter was deliver by Doctor Jacobs and it was a wonderful experience. I felt at ease. All my concerns were addressed. After my pregnancy she shared info about the latest birth control the arm implant (last for 3 yrs). She is licensed to place implant. I have one now. No pain , very quick and easy process. All in all I think that this practice is well run. I will continue going here!

Reading through some of these comments I'm a bit baffled but of course everyone's experience is not my own. My experience was nothing but exemplary, filled with great conversations, concerns addressed and welcoming and professional warmth. Maybe working in the medical field I am bias to understanding that yes there can be delays but how often does the physician actually get to work with you, and not just the nurse or nurse practitioner doing much of the interviewing. And even if the wait is longer than expected which it wasn't long at all in my opinion, the staff always apologized and made sure I was okay. I wouldn't want a speedy service anyway because that would mean the physician is not taking the alloted time to meet and address all the concerns of their patients. Dr. Oliver and her staff were absolutely remarkable. Their office is so homely and they offer everything under the sun. I look forward to continuing my care with them . Thank you for everything you all are doing!! Stay safe and many blessings!!!

I tried out Dr. Oliver because my long term Ob/gyn retired. Skipping over the small, the biggest thing and last straw was because I raised a concern and she did blood test but after NUMEROUS calls to the office and being told by seemingly ANNOYED staff that if my labs were abnormal I would get a call. NEVER got that call so I decided to check for myself and they were in fact ABNORMAL. This was an entire MONTH after my labs were done. I called to let them know about this and the Young lady I spoke to told me that I would be called back. No Call back. Week later So now, we are here. The biggest thing for me is that even with a mistake like this , people make mistakes you would think Dr. Oliver would call or apologize for the over sight but nothing. It's unfortunate but I do believe there are still providers out there who really care about their patients. Dr. Oliver does not appear to be one.

Dr. Adashek was my gyn of 26yrs. I wish I had not stayed with him as a patient for all these years…read more He was my favorite until he showed his true colors. I had an immune response to a steroid shot. I was having severe Cognitive and neurological issues, memory loss as well as many horrible symptoms, such as lyme and mold infections that arose from weakened immune system. I was unable to detox the steroid properly that caused havoc on my body. It even depleted my hormones. Right away, he called me Bipolar. I went to the ER several times with confusion, neurological issues, severe low BP, high heart rate when standing, severe weakness and fatigue and many other issues. I was unable to advocate for myself due to brain inflammation effecting my ability to communicate properly. No care from the clueless ER docs and labeled as anxiety ridden and gaslit me. I trusted Dr. Adashek for so many years and when I needed him he belittled me and was verbally abusive to me and called me "a hot mess" when I was having serious neurological issues and going to the ER several times for help. He had no idea of my suffering and thought it was a joke! What kind of caring, respectful doctor speaks to a patient suffering in any way this way? He is a disgrace. He then tried to prescribe dangerous medication to me he had no right to EVER prescribe not being a psychiatrist for one and not knowing why I was suffering the way I was suddenly. To choose to just prescribe such habit forming drugs to me when I have never taken meds my entire life is beyond dangerous! I had never been depressed or had cognitive issues in my life. I always had a smile on my face and saw him once a year for my yearly appt. I was just married 9months prior and so happy planning my honeymoon. Instead of him recognizing something was very wrong with me, he didn't care to help me and labeled me as Bipolar. People do not wake up one day bipolar and unable to think clearly. I really can't believe how cold and incompetent he truly is. He hides behind a facade and I wish I had seen it sooner. He didn't want to be bothered to help his patient of 26yrs. Shameful. I suffered for months until I found a wonderful functional doctor that got to the root cause. His Nurse Practitioner, Ariel Paskin, tried to give me testosterone when my levels were normal and very coldly told me to go to Sheppard Pratt when I was having severe fatigue and confusion and unable to get out of bed due to mitochondrial dysfunction. A female NP that is supposed to care for women and make them feel safe. The way she treated me was disgusting! They both had no concern for me whatsoever and labeled me in an instant without having a clue to what was really going on. They are clueless and have no right diagnosing anyone on medical matters. Dr. Adashek likes to play psychiatrist, but he isn't one, and pushing addictive medications like Klonopin or any of those class of drugs on me was being reckless with my life. I was treated horribly by Dr. Adashek and his NP. Going forward, I would never feel safe with him or trust him. I would never recommend him or his practice to anyone.
