Because they failed to follow up with me, I was forced to book an entire medical appointment and pay a copay just to get information I should have received by email. I wasted both my time and my money. It is now January 13 and I am still without the medication I need and still without a proper reply. This is unacceptable and irresponsible patient management. Healthcare providers should not leave patients in the dark, especially when medications are involved. I will absolutely be going elsewhere.

The bill obviously raised concerns so we called Tricare only to confirm that they are OUT OF NETWORK. I called the office directly and have on audio recording saying they are in-network for the specific Tricare plan, which again, is said otherwise by Tricare. We have both called PrimeDoc billing and left voicemails since his visit on NOV 7 2025! It's March 9 2026! Avoid at all costs (literally!)!!

Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed me that I would not be able to see the doctor because, as a new patient, I was expected to arrive 30 minutes early. However, I never received any communication, reminder, email, or instruction from the office indicating that I needed to arrive 30 minutes prior to the appointment. I respectfully explained that I had taken time off from work and traveled for this appointment, and I asked why this information had not been communicated beforehand. Unfortunately, the front desk representative repeatedly gave the same response without addressing my concern or showing any courtesy, empathy, or willingness to help resolve the situation. Patients arrange their work schedules, commute, and personal responsibilities around medical appointments, so clear communication and respectful treatment are extremely important. I understand that offices may have policies for new patients, but clear communication and respectful customer service are equally important.
