Where to start! A booking for a group of 15 boys (11/12 year olds) at a cost of £708 (originally £825 prior to discount - which you need to ask for by the way). This is how the day went: Session booked was 12.30-3.30 The boys started paintballing after 1pm. Between walking to the areas and breaks they were lucky if they got 60 minutes of actual paintballing. Package included 500 paintballs each which ran out very quickly and it costs £45 per bag of 500 paintballs on the day. 1 staff member took them out to the field 15:1 ratio? She was quite young and made it very clear the boys were annoying her which they noticed and it ruined their experience. She kept 'huffing' throughout. I had asked to bring food to the venue and was told this was not permitted (thankfully have this in an email). I respected that, I know a lot of venues are the same. Your options are a hot dog or pot noodle however there were about 6 pot noodles. I got 15 hotdogs and 15 bottles of water, total cost of over £100 and the hot dogs were horrid, very few were eaten. I then noticed another party with a table of food they had came with. I questioned this and was told you can bring food. I asked to speak to the manager. Chole called 'Derek' who instead of speaking to me told her to give me £40 back! Again I asked to speak to him and he did. I explained the situation re the food and he eventually agreed to refund £100. So overall a terrible experience, similar to reviews already on trip advisor for the Edinburgh venue so lesson learnt, I should have taken note and thought I would just leave it at that until my dad called me. I had been on a call to him, left my phone to go and get something from the car and he could hear the 2 female members of staff talking. They were taking about the kids and how they were shouting at them, how if 'Derek' the manager was there he would be shouting at them as well. This company is awful. I booked a birthday party through them. We were hugely overcharged. They are a booking agency with no connection to the venues, just charge a huge fee to book you in, nothing else. Once they've taken your money they couldn't care less anymore. When I spoke to them to discuss being grossly overcharged (after I found out they didn't own the site that we attended) I was told by them 'Well it's buyer beware'. Avoid Bedlam like the plague and book direct with the paintball center involved. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! AVOID!!!! I spoke to a very rude and unprofessional advisor on the phone who told me that the venue I was booking was available for my dates. As he was so rude I decided to book on line. I booked for 4 teenagers for my sons birthday party, paid the full amount, received a very basic confirmation email and even called to confirm, all good! On Monday the day before my booking I hadn't received anymore info and became a little confused. I called back to check and was passed about and left on hold for over 45 minutes after which I was abruptly told "yer we've cancelled the session as not enough people booked on,you'll get your money back" phone hung up! I called back, was passed about again and finally got another rude member of staff who said the same thing, no apologies for the fact that 5 teenage boys were expecting to paintball in less that 24 hours and I hadn't even been told it wasn't going ahead. After 7 days the money was refunded, only to be taken out again within hours. I called them back and was told that they store card details on file!!!! And for some research unknown to them the system had created an order and rebooked using my previous details and it would take another week to refund. When told to remove my details from there file I was told they didn't know how to do that, there are no managers or accounts staff and I should just wait to see what happens?!? Absolutely disgusting company and staff!!! They clearly are not regulated and don't even follow basic GDPR. Avoid at all cost! read more

These guys are charlatans. DO NOT USE THEIR COMPANY. They are overpriced and have terrible service. Our stag took ill and the staff there agreed to change the date for a 'nominal' fee. Their terms and conditions stated £25 so we thought that was great service. So we all decided to wait until the stag was better before doing the game rather than go without him. Then the stag called to reschedule a few days later and was told that he'd be charged £150!!! The owner tried to fob us off with a bad deal that would have cost more than the £150. What a joke. We ended up not getting the service we'd paid for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Google the owners name and you'll see why. 'Roman Rock'. I see he's left himself reviews and not bothered to change his name. He obviously needs to counter all the dreadful reviews he gets. USE ANOTHER COMPANY. Learn from our mistake. read more

There's nothing better than splattering your chums with grape sized balls of paint, leaving bruises and swelling in your wake. For a reasonable £20 (basic package) you can play 8 scenarios of adrenaline fuelled paintball action, although additional 'ammo' will cost you. Depending on where your hit, a direct shot can make you wince but don't fret too much. Full protective gear is provided and the pain merely serves to get your adrenaline pumping. Hilarious fun with a group of friends, with plenty of potential to avenge those school day pranks. read more

Avoid this place like the plague, you will be left with empty pockets and no game. The wife booked it via Group-on and it appeared a good deal until you contact Bedlam. Once on the phone to Bedlam they pretty much conned her out of £45 even though it had been booked on Group-on.
