She will actually misguide you and will not look out for your best interest. Don't ask her for full auto coverage and renters insurance within the same sentence because she will not comprehend. She is completely unprofessional and honestly needs to find a new job because she appears to be super unhappy with her life. Its very unfortunate that I had to work with her.
