Fast forward 5 months from that incident and I suddenly am not being charged for my car insurance. I have to call this agent's office only to be told I'd been dropped for these two minor infractions and if I wanted to sign back up, I'd have to pay more than twice my current premium. Terrible communication and draconian policies have turned me away from this business. I recommend steering clear of this agent.
