His phone message said to text him a photo of what needs to be removed, with the address, and I did. SEVEN MINUTES LATER on a Sunday night, I got a text back about his availability! INSTEAD, he surprised me by driving by the next day morning, and I had a price! (The OTHER junk removal places were still waiting to call me.) I said that I'd be at my house at noon, and the OWNER, Jim, was there at 12:10..! In fifteen minutes, he was done, paid, and I was a happy guy when I looked at my lawn and -- no pile of tree limbs and leaves! So, I said I would do a good review for him, and here it is. It was hard to get an estimate, e-mails sent were apparently missed, the office staff was disorganized- and I'm being polite. it was disorganized to the point I felt like they didn't want my business. and setting a date for the work was only marginally less stressful than Noah booking seats on the ark. When the workmen showed up, they had no work order, I got no receipt or anything at all, and they barely spoke English leading to a few misunderstandings. So the work was absolutely first rate but my God, it was a challenge getting it going.
