Minor never told me "2nd Foreman" was taking over project and it took a steep nose dive because lack of communication from Minor. If 1st Foreman stayed, we wouldn't have had any issues cause he knew exactly what we wanted. I accidentally wrote and gave check from wrong account and I corrected it by gaving Minor another check in it's place. Requested not to cash original check, Minor assured me that it wouldn't be done and they deposited both checks. By the time we realized our money was gone, they said they were going to "look into it and get back to us", in the end Minor or Barb never said a word about it to us. They had to send in someone else to do their dirty work because there didn't have the guts to do it like grown up responsible business owners. Several wrong items were ordered without our knowledge, no final confirmations of what we wanted, no transfer knowledge went from 1st Foreman to 2nd Foreman, shower doorframe installed backwards. Eventually 1st Foreman came in a couple of days to correct mistakes until he got pulled in for something else (probably a bigger bill to put in their greedy pockets). On top of that, the "2nd Foreman" wasn't paid for any of his work along with his assistants. Minor and Barb Carranza got paid over $21k for a incomplete bathroom and took every single penny for themselves. We're still left with a bathroom that still needs fixing. These scammers ripped me off, paid $350 cash for nothing. the 2 guys who came out had a hard time climbing a ladder and walking on my roof which is not that steep as the guys from state farm were able to easily walk on my roof. once on the roof, they claim that they found nothing wrong but wanted $350 for just coming out. What a scam. I Had to call Home Depot to send out one of their contractors to repair my roof, they put flashing boot and sealer around one of their boots (pipes) coming out of of the roof. It's a simple fix that these guys missed. Stay away from these guys, save your money and go w/ someone else. I would recommend talking w/ your local Home Depot or Lowe's to recommend someone. These guys are overpriced and a disappointment.

I got his name and number from my vet actually so I had to cancel the appointment because water was pouring out of my ceiling which I thought was a roofing issue from my porch. Carlos and Victor remodeled my entire bathroom, removing and reinstalling new tile, a vanity, mirror, light fixture, toilet and other bathroom accessories in addition to spackling and painting. From start to finish, Carlos demonstrated an extreme attention to detail and a genuine commitment to making sure everything was done properly. He does not cut corners, and he takes the time to do things the right way even when it requires extra effort. For example, he noticed that my bathroom floor was not properly leveled, something that could have easily been overlooked or simply worked around. Instead, he took the time to correct the problem and make sure everything was properly leveled before continuing with the project. He even painted door trim outside of my bathroom to make sure it transitioned well with the bathroom, something that was not his responsibility. That level of care and thoroughness is exactly what you hope for in a contractor. The spackling and painting were absolutely immaculate. I have hired professional painters in the past who did not come close to the quality of the paint job Carlos delivered. Painting is 90% prep work: sanding and spackling. You can tell when a contractor understands the difference prep work makes, and Carlos and his group certainly does. Carlos and his crew were also kind, respectful, professional, and a pleasure to have working in my home. They were extremely conscientious about keeping everything clean throughout the project. In fact, I commented to my husband that my house looked cleaner after they left than it did before they started! Another thing that really stood out to me was the pricing. His prices are more than fair considering the quality of work, attention to detail, and level of care he provides. You TRULY feel that Carlos takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be completely satisfied with the finished product. It is VERY rare to find that these days.
