I called Certified Towing since they had 5stars on Yelp, and Tom took care of us. He was able to dispatch a truck for us. It was rush hour, so from call to hookup, it took right at an hour to pick up the car, which is quite reasonable based on the breakdown location. It took me 15 minutes just to get there from down the street. David was our driver and he had a nice personality. Very friendly, professional and social. He also took care when hooking up the car, while I was busy blabbering. We didn't need a ride, but he double checked to make sure. If my wife had been alone, I'm sure she would have felt safe. After David left to take the car to our local shop, Tom conveniently took care of payment over text/digital services, and offered several payment methods. Looks like I have a service on speed dial again!

I was on the phone with her and could hear him bullying her, yelling at her and telling her he would drag her out of her car. He didn't care that she has sustained leg injuries, and couldn't walk. He threatened to drag her out of her car, then leave her on the side of the busy morning freeway and walk home. Again, her knees were injured and she could barely walk, but couldn't stand on her legs for sometime. She had to hold him off from dragging her out of her car, possibly inflicting more damage to her knees/legs so she could muster up the strength to wobble out of her car. Then he gave her NO information about where her car was going, no paperwork, nothing. Had my daughter's boyfriend not showed up to assist before he towed we wouldn't know where the car was going. So they followed him then I showed up at the tow yard to get the paperwork so we could present it to insurance for them to retrieve the car, and the same driver cursed me out. Bullied me. Was so rude while I was still in a mild panic state over my daughter just having been in a bad accident. He acted like a insecure little boy, and was a misogynistic pig. He acted like a common abuser to women. I am a 60 year old woman who is strong, independent and I don't bow to an aggressive man and never will. This guy got a huge piece of my mind. People like him should NOT be in the tow industry that responds to accidents. He is an abusive little boy and hopes he never runs into me again.

Due to recent flooding that has happened in Houston, my car stopped moving was caught in the high…read morewaters. I thought I could wait it out for a while, but the rain only got heavier & water started to rise. I called a towing company to come help me, and the driver said he would be there in 15 minutes. After 20 minutes I saw my tow truck driver pass by me in the heavy rain, I rolled down my windows and waved at them. My driver instead chose to ignore me and continued to drive off & then started to reject my phone calls. It was probably due to the fact that my car was almost submerged in water & the driver just didn't want to deal with being in heavy rain & deep water. Another tow truck passed by me as I waved and asked for help, no one wanted to pull my car out. Water was leaking into my car, I honestly thought I'd have to leave my car. I Googled towing companies in my area & the first to pop up was Guardian Angel Roadside Assistance. The driver told me he would be there within 30 minutes, to be honest I didn't think they would come I had at least 2-3 inches of water inside my car & the last towing company flaked out on me. At this point I was crouching uncomfortably on my car seat to avoid the water. I'm 6ft tall so my neck was killing me. Guardian Angel Roadside Assistance came as soon as they could, he got out on the heavy rain & high waters to secured my car. I honestly was saved as cheesy as that sounds, no pun intended with the company name either but I felt so relieved that they actually came. Kris took me back to my house, had me sign paperwork and was even kind enough to park at a gas station beforehand so I could retrieve anything else I needed from my car without getting wet. Hopefully I don't ever have to get my car towed anytime soon, but definitely would call this company if they were in my area. Thank you so much guys! I woke up to a dead car battery and Bobby with Trulli, showed up at the promised time. He tested my starter and thankfully there were no issues. The battery however was extremely low. He could either give me a jump or sell me a new battery. I decided on the latter, so he installed a new Interstate Battery that was right for my Infinity and I was on the road in less than an hour from the time I called AAA. Bobby was professional, gave me options and ultimately handled the work properly and quickly. I see by their card that they also work with GEICO, Allstate, Road America, etc. If you find yourself in a jam with a dead battery, flat tire, lock out, out of gas, tow, I wouldnt hesitate to give them a call.
