I went to Bee Grateful Farms and unfortunately I will never be going back. The person at the register kept eyeballing us the entire time, which already made me feel uncomfortable. Then when I picked up an item, she hurried over and immediately said, "Oh, I can hold that up front for you," like she thought I was going to steal it. We have been long-standing customers of this business, purchasing their beef and honey products, and have consistently recommended them to others. However, our recent experience with a batch of honey purchased two weeks ago has been disappointing. Despite following the owner's advice on how to handle the crystallized honey, it remained lumpy and crystalline. When I visited the store to express my concerns, I was met with rudeness and hostility, including a raised voice, in front of other customers. As supporters of small businesses, we believe that customer service is essential, and such behavior is unacceptable. Unfortunately, unless there is a marked improvement, we will be forced to take our business elsewhere. We have heard reports of the owner's behavior towards other community members, and unfortunately, our experience today has confirmed these concerns. read more
