When my husband came home with Amelia I was told this. I then called and was told ¨Oh yeah she had a couple treats and because YOU bring food that needs to be kept cool we forgot to feed her¨ For three years we have fed her Fresh Pet when we bring her to day care. This totally throws off her feeding for the day. She cannot eat after 7:00pm for she takes Oral Vet for dental and cannot eat after taking this. I was also told ¨well our Mang. knows this¨ Next day care day I told them she is going for free since YOU did NOT provide her basic needs.

Another successful stay at the Ranch! My boy, Dude, loves to stay here, drags me through the door…read moreevery time we come for boarding or day care. That says a lot. Last stay, we were gone for 8 days, originally supposed to be 6 but life happens, so I called and asked for an extension, and it was no problem. During Dude's stay, I got "Bark Mail" with pictures and updates on how he was doing. And when I picked him up, was given his "report card", which was such a cool idea.
