I…read moreenjoy smaller establishments when it comes to grooming my dogs because I'm able to interact with a groomer and I've always had great results from this type of establishment. From the beginning, Tabitha was excellent. She listened to my concerns and guided me to what I could do for my dog's hair. Mickey did a great job too. I love how personal it felt when I dropped off my dogs. They took the time to explain everything to me. The place is nice and clean. One of my dogs is a five month old puppy and this was her first time getting her haircut. Tabitha did great and was able to do a full haircut on her. Prices are reasonable. They have great hours and even are open Late in the day. Please support your local businesses. I will definitely pass the word around about this business as they did a great job with my dogs.

Today our dog Amelia was brought in for daycare at the Schertz location. Upon my husband picking…read moreher up we where informed they where training new people and my dog was NOT fed her food. When my husband came home with Amelia I was told this. I then called and was told ¨Oh yeah she had a couple treats and because YOU bring food that needs to be kept cool we forgot to feed her¨ For three years we have fed her Fresh Pet when we bring her to day care. This totally throws off her feeding for the day. She cannot eat after 7:00pm for she takes Oral Vet for dental and cannot eat after taking this. I was also told ¨well our Mang. knows this¨ Next day care day I told them she is going for free since YOU did NOT provide her basic needs.

Last stay, we were gone for 8 days, originally supposed to be 6 but life happens, so I called and asked for an extension, and it was no problem. During Dude's stay, I got "Bark Mail" with pictures and updates on how he was doing. And when I picked him up, was given his "report card", which was such a cool idea.
