I hired Meghan to come in and help because I've tried several of those popular organize yourself books ("The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up", "Un-f--- Your Habitat", etc.) and they never worked. I just assumed I was predisposed to disorganization. Meghan came over for a consultation and looked it over, assured me things weren't really all that bad, and talked over what would be involved. She said it would take about 5 hours. I was expecting a few days, so I was thrilled. We booked a time for the organizing day, and she arrived on time and ready to go. It was so helpful to have a professional give me tips and tell me where to put things. She listened to how I use my space in order to help me figure out the best places to put things. My home office is amazingly clean and tidy now, and the mountain of paperwork was turned into a molehill. I took 40 lbs of paper to the office store to shred, and my paperwork backlog is now only about 2 inches. I'll finish it in a workday or two. My kitchen is logically arranged now, my closet is tidy, and those random boxes under the bed have been sorted. Everything I own now has a place, and I feel confident that I'll be able to keep things tidy by just returning everything to its place when I'm done with it. Also, on top of the crazy prices, none of them wanted to do what I wanted them to do - clean the ENTIRE house. Many places stated they didn't wash windows, wipe the insides of cupboards, this, that, and the other which was a bit annoying. You want me to pay you $400 to clean my house for four hours, and you are not going to do what I ask you to do? So, I started searching on Yelp, and quite frankly, I liked the name "Addicted To Clean." My mother is OCD (not kidding on this part), and she is literally addicted to cleaning. Therefore, I figured I couldn't possibly go wrong with these people. Jessica and Craig came right on time, and they walked through the house with me and listened to my request. They started working right away, and when they were finished after 6 HOURS of cleaning, the house looked AMAZING. They even took the time to clean up my yard waste, change my air filter, wiped down all of the windows and sliding doors, and vacuumed until my green carpet turned green again. I could sit here and write down a whole list of what they did for me, but it is so long that I will leave it to your imagination. (Besides that, Yelp has a tendency to filter out reviews that sound too nice. I know you, Yelp.) On top of my bragging about Jessica and Craig's abilities, I paid a fraction of what everyone else was quoting. I would go with them instead of other larger cleaning companies around Phoenix. BEWARE! I used Special Ops/Perfectionist Cleaning for window cleaning in April 2023 and had a great…read moreexperience, which is why I hired them again in April 2026. Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different. I was told they would arrive between 9:00-10:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didn't show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. I had to go back and clean numerous streaks myself, and there was still bird droppings left on several windows afterward. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused to four of my window screens. One worker even knocked on my door to ask my husband to help bend a damaged screen back into shape and force it back into the window frame. The screens are now bent and damaged to the point that several windows can no longer be properly opened because the gaps are so large that bugs and debris can get inside. One window will not open at all because the damaged screen is obstructing it. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, they claimed the screens were already damaged before they arrived. That makes absolutely no sense considering we could open all of our windows before the cleaning, and now we cannot. My husband also sent photos of the damage, and they responded by claiming the photos were of "different windows." We are honest Christian people who simply wanted our windows cleaned and instead ended up with damaged property and a company refusing to take responsibility. With a baby on the way, we cannot afford the unexpected cost to replace multiple window screens ourselves. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this may be becoming a pattern for Special Ops/Perfectionist Cleaning-- damage customers' property and refuse to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The front desk was nice and helpful, quoted me for 500-600$ for two hours with 4 ppl which I was fine with me considering that the other cleaning company I was previously using sent out 4 ppl and could deep clean the traditional areas for $150 in 1.5hours but Special OPs would get the walls top to bottom which is what I really wanted! I mean you all saw that video! I have a small home about 1500sqft, one story, and the house was completely empty (zero furniture). Long story short I get the bill and it was for $800 not including the grout cleaning I had requested. I spoke with a manager and they were supposed to get back to me about what they could do... that was about 3 business days ago. I think they did a good job but I wasn't contacted to inform me that the price was going to be more. Plus my house is tiny and 4 hours with 4 ppl doesn't seem right... Oh! The movers brought their own supplies despite being told to use mine (which were the same), and I did not authorize or request any additional materials--yet I was charged for them. About two hours into the job, they stated they were out of boxes, even though I still had boxes available. When I said it was okay for them to stop and leave at that time, they refused, stating there was a four-hour minimum, which directly contradicts the one-hour minimum listed on Thumbtack at the time of booking. In addition, Rosemarie provided information to me directly that later turned out to be untrue, which further added to the lack of transparency around the service and billing. Despite the job lasting under two hours, I was charged $747 for four hours, none of which was disclosed or agreed upon in advance. After raising these concerns, the company refused to offer any refund or adjustment. Based on the lack of transparency, misrepresentation of terms, refusal to stop at the requested time, and unwillingness to resolve the issue, I cannot recommend this company. PS...They boxed a cell phone in a box with knives and screws who packs like this!
