So, we went back and noticed the house was on Zillow for about 2 weeks and thought it was strange such a great home / location was still not rented. We decided to give it a try. 1) When we were scheduled to see the home, a gentleman showed up, let us in and then told us to just close the door when done and he will come back and return later to lock it back up. No one showed us around, no one discussed fees, move in costs etc.. 2) When we showed interest in the home, we were texted links by Tabor without any instructions on their process or how many other applicants were in front of us. After $90 later, the application and $60 pet profile were submitted. We also sent pay stubs and IDs as asked. 3) We had to email asking the status of our application only to be told, the checks we sent showed less than our application. No, they were not. They read the dates wrong and my husband's check was for 2 weeks and the other check was his commission check. If they would have looked at the YTD, they would be able to calculate his monthly earnings matched our application. 4). They wanted our current landlords contact info. When asked if this was the last step and asked for assurance we were going to move forward with a contract once they called the landlord, they went dark. I had explained that we did not want to cause any riffs with the current landlord as we have (hubby 13 years as a tenant) had a good rapport with the landlord. I emailed and texted.... no reply. Guess they just wanted our $150. I wonder if they know the $3200 rent would have benefitted them more. We had the gut feeling something was off, so we then just decided to let this one go. Stay away from these people.

He signed off that repairs were completed before closing. When I arrived, it was obvious that the water heater still didn't function and the new garage door was broken. He referred me to the plumber who wanted to charge me $598 to complete the repair (and possibly more work needed). I asked if he would contribute $500 to additional repairs since the 3 of us missed this at closing. It wasn't the money, just for good will as he clearly sold me a house and failed to fix items he agreed to in the contract. I was surprised he didn't agree to this as he asked me to change closing date to after 2024 because he needed a tax break for selling too many homes in 2024. Client satisfaction is not a priority to him. Also, do not use Integrity Plus Plumbing.

No accountability…read more If you're considering using this large prop management group to manage your property I would think twice. Just moved into a house as a tenant. They will have next to no information from the owner of the property. Frankly, they don't consider it their responsibility. What this company does is reinvent the wheel. What I mean is instead of finding out from the previous owner what companies provide utility services and internet or cable to the home they will send you to a third party company to do all that research which causes unnecessary delays. My water service was delayed 5 days. I was without water for 5 days after I moved in because even though the residence is in Glendale, water, trash, sewage is provided by the City of Phoenix. I had to learn this myself by trial and error. If you ask them at AZ Prop Mgmt services they are clueless and frankly don't seem to care. They don't consider it their job and will send you to this 3rd party business they hire. This was the response I got when I had a similar problem getting internet up because there is no coax connection 5 days after I moved in. "We do not have any info but I would recomend calling some cable providers. We will check to see if the owner has ever lived in the property and if they know." My prop manager in Scottsdale is accountable and treats these issues with the appropriate urgency considering you're just moving into a property and need these things lined up promptly. Totally different experience with this group. No accountability. They care about running your credit, getting your deposit and you signing the lease. Outside of that you're treated with the "it's not my department" type of response where they insulate themselves from any accountability by referring you to a third party business that you have to set up and appt with when could simply collect that info from the owner (i.e., they reinvent the wheel) rather then making it a part of their process to get the info from the prop owner. Instead, they treat you like it's a major inconvenience to them to have to get in touch with the owner of the property. Very impersonal and uncaring. I would highly advise against utilizing this company if you are a property owner.
