All of the big name interstate movers turn down small sized interstate moves. I must have called 12 different movers; which included the well known companies and some of the smaller ones. The local companies are happy to take your business for intrastate moves; but not interstate moves. I was concerned when no contract was required by Brandon. However, this guy can be trusted to perform what is agreed upon with just using text messaging. He is also very careful with fragile pieces; taking great care in delivering them in one piece. Some movers suggested shipping our boxes. However, this is not an inexpensive option. Plus ,unlike Brandon, who carries your boxes out of the unit and into your destination ( we have three levels ); the usual shippers require delivery to the store and drop off at the eventual destinations front stoop. I think it's so important to do your research when you're looking for services and I kept coming back to Creative. Their prices are extremely reasonable and more competitive than other local companies in the valley. They also offer a law-enforcement discount, which is awesome. I spoke with the owner via Yelp messenger, and he was very responsive to everything that I asked! I got a call and an email a couple days before my scheduled move for confirmation, and everything went so smooth. I can't say enough praises about my entire experience!! Renée and her other two guys showed up right up about 720, when they gave me a window between 7 and 730 which was perfect. I had two stops before my final destination, and they did everything like real pros! They were so gentle with my things, and once we got to my new home, they went out of their way to assemble furniture for me. They even took all the trash before they left. All three of them were so friendly and personable, I loved getting to spend time with them while we were moving all of my belongings. Tim and his staff were very gracious in being able to help me twice in essentially the same week for both moves I had, going to and from the same locations. As a side note, he charges/quotes based on the furniture you have over hours of service. I found this to be cheaper than other companies out there (especially if you just have one room of furniture like I did) so he's really nice for smaller moves like mine and I recommend him as well because of this. I do not recommend this company. I moved from AZ-CT March 2025 and paid over $4,000 plus additional…read more$200 in tipping movers just for multiple items to be delivered damaged, including my $2k mattress arriving completely soaked. Movers didn't shrink wrap the mattress, didn't unscrew nightstand legs which are now broken, and the tv stand is damaged because movers asked to add items inside even though I had it empty. Their way of helping was refunding $150 to get a temporary mattress from Walmart and told me the claims department would be in touch in 3-5 business days. In the end they only compensated me $900 despite the thousands of dollars of damage. In addition to the damage, one of the movers the company set up for the CT delivery made inappropriate sexual comments to me while I was alone (I'm a young female). Do not use them!
