I spoke with the owners when I was checking out and I asked them when they opened up and they said it actually was that day, the same day I was there! I congratulated them and I normally don't tell them that I'm a Google/Yelp reviewer but I went ahead and told them and asked them if they would like the pose for a photo since they haven't verified yet online yet.
