My children have seen a nurse prac and dr Espinoza here and they were great, but sadly the office staff just ruins our experience every time. The front desk people never make eye contact, never greet with smiles, and the ladies who bring you back to the exam rooms are just awful. There's no pleasantries or any kind human interactions. I find it extremely odd. You can tell they must hate their jobs. I hope the nurses and doctor at this establishment find better workers at their new location or we will be looking for a new pediatrician! read more

Michelle needs to go! She was awful to my son. He almost had a full anxiety attack over the way she pinned him down and wouldn't let go. I literally ripped her hands off of him. She was brutal to him and didn't seem to care one bit that he couldn't even catch his breath. I also witnessed one of the "nurses" take the plastic sleeve that the swab goes into back OUT of the GARBAGE, in order to carry the swab in the plastic sleeve, out of the room for the test to be done. My one-year-old daughter has been going to Bee Well Pediatrics since she was born. After she turned one in January, she started daycare and started drinking milk. Initially, she had upset stomach and started having diarrhea. I called Bee Well Pediatrics on a Tuesday after discovering that my daughter had thrown up all over herself during the night and her stool was white and pasty. The receptionist told me that she talked to the Dr who thought that my daughter's symptoms were "not normal" but to wait 48hours and if she doesn't get better, they wanted to see her. Well, 48hours came and went and my daughter was getting worse. I walked into Bee Well Pediatrics on Thursday, concerned for my daughter because not only was she vomiting, and had diarrhea, she was lethargic, and not eating/drinking for over a day. The front desk receptionist shamed me, not once, or twice, but three times for not making an appointment and stated that the office is very busy, but they could see if they could fit my daughter in for a quick visit. The nurse checked out my daughter and sent us home with a stool sample collection kit and told us to monitor her but that she was mostly experiencing a dairy allergy. Fast forward a few hours later and my daughter was still profusely vomiting. She was immediately brought to the ER, where she was admitted because she had adenovirus AND salmonella poisoning. Of course, hospitals can perform quicker testing than a regular doctor's office can, but my issue lies with how my concerns for my daughter's wellbeing were dismissed and I was made to feel that I did something so heinous when I simply brought my daughter in for an unscheduled checkup because I did not know where else to turn. Long story short, if your child is sick, don't bother with asking them any questions or going to be seen. Go to the ER for immediate results and peace of mind. read more

I have been very pleased with Beewell pediatrics. When I have needed to get in the same day it has NEVER been an issue. Dr. Espinoza has been very loving and wonderful with my 3 girls. She will see 2 of my kids in one appointment. My favorite part is we are in and out of the office with little wait time that tells me that they are not over booking which is fantastic. She takes the time to personally call and follow up with results as soon as she receives them. In case of emergency Dr. Espinoza answers her phone after hours. I have 0 complaints with Beewell pediatrics and the awesome staff. Thank you! read more

We absolutely love Bee Well! Dr. Espinoza and Michelle (PA) take amazing care of our little one. They take their time answering questions and getting to know your family and children. They take concerns seriously and answer the phone 24 HOURS A DAY! The office staff is so pleasant and efficient! Our son is now 3-been going since he was born and we've they've always made time to see him as soon as possible when we need to go. Highly recommended! read more

Ok so I'm doing an update for Bee well. I have loved this office and Dr. Espinoza from day one and she does great with my autistic daughter as well as my son. Today I had to get my son's physical done and had the physician assistant Michelle JN-Baptiste! What a wonder wonderful experience! I have never felt so wonderful as I did meeting with her today! Not only is Dr. Espinoza great but this gal is completely amazing! Girls that work there also r so amazing and really do care! I'm so thankful for this office and staff!!!! My son is 2 & we went to Bee Well today & the Dr (Michelle) was TERRIBLE Towards him . Absolutely NO compassion, she SHOVED his head on the bed to check his ears , pinned him down to listen to his breathing & didn't try to calm him down at all , rushed us & walked out immediately before she even told us if she was calling in a prescription or where . Absolutely disgusting!!!!! We will NEVER go back to bee well . Let's not forget to mention they were OVER booked , they only have SIX rooms for patients & there was well over 6 people plus my child & I in the office all at once . My daughter went for her annual checkup in August 2021, but every month since we had problems getting her prescription for environmental allergies. Turns out the doctor wants to see her 4 times yearly to gauge whether she's reacting well. She's been on this medicine for 2 years without any issues. Not only did they fail to tell me that during the appointment but they did not have us book a follow-up at her last appointment and no one ever called to let me know. I thought it was pharmacy issues. When I finally called them they stated this was their policy because of insurance. I called three other pediatric offices in the area not one does quarterly pre-authorizations for allergy medicine. I also contacted my insurance company they also had never heard that or required that for non-narcotic or habit forming drugs. They are simply trying to collect more money in forced frequent visits. I asked to speak to the doctor but she never did call me. The office manager was rude, unhelpful and clearly lied to me as to why 4 visits were necessary. Providers like this should not be allowed to practice. Money should not be the primary reason for treating kids and babies. If they truly cared about patients they would have made certain we had a follow-up before her refills were gone. These people will not treat you well but rather dollar signs beware. read more

Dr Espinosa has seen my daughter since birth. Her new office is in the perfect location for us. Every time we call for a same-day last minute appointment they always squeeze us in. The nurse staff is also amazing and some have come to recognize us. Every one of my crazy requests and questions have been met with kindness. Dr Espinosa has even called us on a Saturday to check on my daughters status, on a few different occasions. My daughter loves her too. Especially the treat she gets from the office at the end of her exams. read more

Let me start by saying I have never written a negative review but as a medical profesional and a healthcare provider, I feel it is my obligation to warn other parents in my community. A few weeks ago, I took my daughter to Bee Well in Tradition because I thought she had an urinary tract infection. Her doctor was not in that day so she was seen by the PA. When she entered the room with 2 other medical students, non of them washed their hands. The PA began to take off my 2 year old daughter's diaper without washing her hands and without gloves and continued to open her lady parts with her acrylic/ gel nails (which is a health code violation). She then told me she needed to catheterize my daughter to get a urine sample. When she left the room and came back with the supplies, again no one washed their hands and began to put on their gloves. At this point, I had had enough and asked them to please wash their hands before they touched my daughter and did a sterile procedure. The PA took the next 2 minutes to "educate" me in front of future providers as to why she didn't need to wash her hands before performing a STERILE procedure. My daughter was screaming and I just wanted to get it over with so she did the catheterization without washing her hand before she put on the sterile gloves. This is a HUGE health code violation and is not practicing best evidence based practice. I am sick to my stomach about this, especially with it being flu season and with this coronavirus. The CDC says our best defense is to wash our hands. She put my daughter and her health at risk. It is a shame because we were happy with her Dr however when I called to voice my concerns to her, her response of "wanting to hear the other practitioners side of the story" did not put me at ease and made me completely loose faith in this practice. When it comes to patient safety, you wash your hands EVERY TIME before you touch a patient, there are no sides, you either do or you don't and if you don't, you are not practicing best practice and you are putting our babies at risk. As a 10 year registered nurse that had worked in quality management for the past 5 years, I warn you about this practitioner. Anyone touching your child needs to wash their hands EVERY time they enter your room. read more
