They both look and feel amazing! Both are tailored to the setting servicing. The individual treatment rooms on both floors are gorgeous. Patient care is amazing. Valencia (if that's her name) threaten me with Child protective services because I said that I would switch providers if they cannot accommodate my needs. Long story short, I need a medical clearance and the specialist office performing such surgery is asking for the form 3-4 days before surgery. They refused to help me claiming that according to their policy it has to be a day before and that the facility performing such surgery should known tender care's pediatric policy (OKAY? Im pretty sure y'all not the only coca-cola in the desert, what makes them assume a hospital or specialty should know tender care pediatric's policy?). anyways, I said "I will switch doctors" and I hang up the phone, to which this is when Valencia called me and yelled "I am calling child protective services ma'am". First of all let me educate this facility since they have no moral integrity or ethical practice nor any knowledge how things actually works, while ANYONE can call CPS on anybody, a DOCTORS office need to have a legit of reasons of doubt to make such reports, otherwise it would be a false claim which will lead to an investigation to the office. We hadn't seen Dr. Mallon since my daughter was very young, but was pleased that she was still practicing and we got in to see her. Turns out my daughter developed walking pneumonia and she was able to get on lower dose antibiotics right away. Dr. Mallon didn't remember my daughter bc like I said it's been close to a decade I think since they last saw each other. But she treated her as warmly and kindly as a good friend of the family.
