It was a huge mistake to come here! Monica completely destroyed my lips. It was a horrible experience. She injected the filler too far from my lips, almost on my cheek. In the picture, you can see a big bump on the left side of my lip where the filler accumulated. It was my first time getting lip fillers, and Monica made a huge mess of my lips. They are completely uneven and absolutely shapeless. She injected them very aggressively and painfully using the wrong technique, resulting in numerous bruises (look at the pictures). As a result, I now have an obvious "duck look;" both sides of my upper lip are overwhelmed with fillers and need to be dissolved! Additionally, she injected Botox into my upper lip without informing me, causing my lip to lose all sensitivity for almost a month. When I complained to the owner, they told me that she is the practice manager and very professional. Everyone, please look at my pictures! My poor lips are absolutely uneven, shapeless, and covered in bruises. And they call her a professional! Please run from this place as far as you can. Don't make the mistake I did. read more

The staff was incredibly kind, however my mother asked for Dr. Rabih's credentials, just to make sure he was legitimate. We have seen many news stories saying to ask for credentials before you get injected. From that moment on it seemed like he was offended by our visit. She asked for a 20 unit Botox spread on her forehead with the focus being on her upper nose line. He gave her 0 units where she asked and spread the rest where he felt necessary. Before he did this he asked if he could use disport instead. When we're paying for Botox, we're asking for name brand Botox. He was unkind and insulting. Wouldn't waste my money. The staff was kind, he was a d****. I'll pay more money for better service literally anywhere else. read more

I've been here a few times before so this review is for my last visit. I live in Miami and will make the drive because of how nice this office is! I have been getting Botox for my jaw because I grind my teeth a night. I love that they offer this service. It was super easy to make an appointment over the phone and the staff was very nice. I got a reminder before my appointment and I drove up. They have these amazing massage chairs that you can sit in while you wait, there's coffee, tea, water and chocolates too! Only took a few minutes to check in on their iPads and I was in front of the nurse. She explained the areas she was going to put the Botox and it took less than 2 minutes to complete. I haven't had any issues with my teeth since! Thank you to the Dr and staff for such great treatment. read more

Dr. K is a miracle worker; seriously. Usually when I get my lip injections; my lips bruise and swell. Dr. K is an artist and perfect at what he does. This is for their SE Ocean location. Super disappointed. Went for consult 6 weeks ago and provided med history in connection with scheduling IPL. Was told I couldn't schedule for 6 weeks to ensure no sun exposure. When I returned the original aesthetician had left and I was told that I'd need a note from my derm in order to proceed. So two round trips and sitting in waiting room and exam room meant 4 hours wasted. Giving two stars because at least I didn't prepay and have to fight for a refund. While I appreciate the caution and the kindness of the new aesthetician, confirming I was a candidate is exactly why I came in for a consult the first time. read more

Two weeks later, I am pleased to report, I am fine. My skin is back to normal. The crazy dryness resolved and when the hydration finally returned to my skin, the huge lines under my eyes also went away. The treatment, that is one of the most mild offered at Neurostrive, was obviously way too strong for me! I had no way of knowing that, nor did they. While I wish they had been more helpful to me when I was so scared, it is what it is. While I won't be doing anymore facials there, Dr. Kashouti is a genius when it comes to Botox and fillers. He knows just how to get a great result and he doesn't go overboard. He has done an amazing job with my injections and I recommend him highly. He is great. The staff is lovely. The facility is gorgeous. We all have to figure out what services are right and wrong for us and honor our personal limits. So I have been going to Dr. Rabih Kashouty long before he opened this place and I have never ventured out because he is absolutely amazing. With that being said I need my appointment was made in advance I get into the chair and I am told that I am not seeing the doctor today I'm going to see somebody who has trained under him and it's Botox and even she can give Botox that set me on edge right there. She takes my information we go over everything and tell her I really have the issue with the crows feet which if you look at my chart I always get extra around my eyes for crows feet. She leaves and they're waiting and waiting and waiting I get up to go use the bathroom and there's another woman leaving one of the exam rooms is the same woman that came in after me was filling out the paperwork before I went into my exam room and here she was treated before me and was leaving. So finally they come back in and I was told that this woman trained under Dr. Numa I have never seen her face before I tell her I want the lines around the face of this and this and that I get 40 mL of Botox all in my forehead two on one eye and two on the other eye and the rest went in my forehead mind you I have bangs and the first time I ever went to see the doctor he told me well we will NOT focus up there because you have bangs and she went under which the doctor has never done before I am highly disappointed in this place I feel like I wasted my money and I did not like the fact that the assistant said it's Botox and she can even do it, if anybody can do it why go to a doctor!!
