I started Hot Yoga here about a month ago, and I love it. I finally signed up after waiting for…read moremonths because I was extremely intimidated to even just walk in the door. I am generally a weight lifter and previous cross fitter as far as exercise goes, so coming into yoga was completely outside of my comfort zone. I came into Yoga 101 on my first day (which is not a hot yoga class), and Scott, who is the owner, led the class. He helped me learn the basic poses and instructed me on what kind of mat to use for the class, etc. Although Scott gave me great instruction during that class, I kind of feel there needs to be a little more instruction for people who are completely new like myself. But, just as Scott did, the other instructors have been GREAT with walking me through the poses sequences and breathing techniques, so that helps. Aside from a few hiccups I experienced with my profiles and payments, everything else with NWA Hot Yoga has been great. If you have been wanting to try Hot Yoga but were intimidated like me, just take the plunge and try it. Your body will thank you.

It is a wonderful thing to get into. I had driven past NWA Yoga so many times and finally came in and I wish I came in sooner! I have really enjoyed taking classes here. I have been to other local studios, but this one is my favorite. It has a more friendly and welcoming vibe. I love Scott's Saturday morning class - kicks your butt and you feel so good! I went for a month and thought everything about it was great - minus the smell and the overcrowded room. For context, I worked as a fitness instructor at F45 and Orange theory for years so I know what good/bad cleaning results look like. Would love to go back if they cleaned properly!

Luckily, I figured out I had to get on a desktop to cancel my subscription, wouldn't work from my phone.... had she even answered my email explaining my troubles maybe it could've been resolved before being charged...find that convenient. Casey will only say "you log on and cancel yourself" when I am explaining and sending screenshots of why I cannot, then she will ignore you. Online videos are not going to be updated on any kind of schedule, just when she feels like it. I loved this studio so honestly I hate that I have to write this but my experience left me feeling uneasy with this studio.

The staff does a great job of explaining how the gym works and how to auto-belay yourself. I have always felt safe here every time that I go. They have an actual weight section of the gym, but I have not used that nor have I used the lockers. The upstairs "kid's section" is fun. I put the kid's section in quotations because some of those walls are difficult! There are options for all ranges of climbers, even the most experienced climbers. There is a bouldering section. Each path is clearly outlined with the difficulty marked. Every time I leave Climb Bentonville, my limbs feel like noodles. It gives such a good workout! Overall, this is a great place to take kids, go with friends, or go alone to get a great workout.
