Clearly, this…read moreweekend revolves around Eric R.'s interests, so last night when I noticed a TRX sculpt class here, I told Eric R. I would be getting up early today to try the class. I got lucky for signing up last night because the class was full! I got dressed in the dark and as a newbie, parked where I saw "retail parking" which was on the other side of the building, but it was a pleasant walk on a nice sidewalk in front of the building. I was greeted upon arrival and welcomed by Khanh and Rebecca. It is really nice that water and towels are included for clients! The space is very beautiful, spacious, and clean! I put my stuff in a locker and chatted with Rebecca in the studio. She introduced me to one of her regulars who chatted with me before class began. We started with a warm-up in the center of the room, then grabbed the TRX straps for a barre-inspired workout with balance and a lot of good leg and glute burn! It was challenging, and Rebecca was very encouraging. I was in turnout for so long my calves were on fire! We were given a cold towel at the end which is a nice touch. I also got a little tour of the closets which store props and trampolines. I love that this studio has all of my favorite classes: Pilates, TRX, trampoline, and barre! I would definitely return if I am in the area! Khanh also gave me a hair tie and a card to bring a friend to a free first class, and asked me about my experience even though she had just finished teaching a reformer class in the other studio!

I have going to HOTWORKX for a few months now and I have been extremely impressed with everything…read more I was originally skeptical of a infrared studio but after my first Hot Cycle class I was sold on the concept. The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. Every time I have walked into the studio I have been greeted with a hello or welcome. They have 8 saunas, the first four saunas are set up for isometric workouts like Hot Buns, Hot Bands, Hot Yoga, etc. The last four saunas are set up for H.I.T workouts, they have two Hot Cycle saunas and two Hot Blast (cycle workout that involves arm movements). Because of Covid-19 it's one person (plus a family/friend if you feel comfortable working out with them in an in closed space) per sauna. The saunas are big enough and normally set up for three people to workout together. If you are looking for a place to workout then I would highly recommend HOTWORX. The rates are really reasonably and they have a family package deal also. Plus the first workout is free.

I was charged a late fee because my credit card expired. For 8 days. I didn't use the gym for the 8 days my card was expired. I wasn't even in the state. They could have simply deactivated access until it was resolved, but they opt to get the late fee revenue in the name of "convenience" to their customers.
