The "included breakfast" consists of coffee and a waffle maker. We planned on spending Saturday evening at the restaurant on site but couldn't because it was closed for a private event. Once I was billed I informed the manager of the mistale. When I asked her if she was going to still charge me for it she said yes. Then she acted like because I had a gift certificate there was no reason to fix the price. Then she insulted me and asked me why sir, did you lose your job or something sarcastically?. ( Which was uncalled for and very disrespectful) As I talked to her she put her hand in my face and I asked her politely to please remove her hand and she denied putting her hand in my face. I have a very good reputation as a review representative for Google and this is completely unprofessional and uncalled for. I asked her to give me the owner's information and she said she's the highest manager and just told me to email the company. I'm asking that the owners please contact me as soon as possible. I would love to speak with you.
