I recently purchased a condo, prior to buying I went to 3 communities this company manages. I staked the places out, spoke with several owners and the theme remained the same. They all hated the way this company managed there condo community. I thought I would take my chances and buy anyway, being as though I got a good deal on the condo. Boy do I regret it! I think the problem with these guys is they run several communities in and aroun d the Phila area. Think about it for a moment, when you deal with any company who has a monopoly ie.(Commiecast, Verizon, etc) on the market service is usually pricey and awful. Bottom line is if your stuck in one of there communities ban together with other owners and fight to run them out. If you are fortunate enough not to be in one of there communities, stay far away my friend.

Granted, you have to load the trailer but they will give you several days and you aren't paying daily rental fees unlike U-haul. I think we had four days to load the trailer. With that being said, it's a little more difficult to load these trailers because the deck height is about four feet. They do provide a ramp but it is quite heavy and it takes two people to put it up and store it. Keep in mind that this is actually an ABF freight trailer and if you don't take up the entire trailer with your furniture, they may put other freight in the trailer although you install bulkheads with your own locks that will separate your furniture from any of their freight. It was actually a pretty good move so I was definitely satisfied.

This complex has steadily gone downhill since Association Management has taken control of this property. From no heat for almost 2 weeks in the winter to no responses from continuous calls and emails, the list goes on. We have had an outstanding plumbing service request since Oct. 2025, along with 2 other service requests that were told aren't of importance. The company has continually via email pushed these requests off, & do not communicate well with one another as to steps to completion. Currently also ground water is seeping into our home, which we reported in June. TCS has yet to send a contractor to assess. We have sent multiple photos and videos to TCS, & only receive continuous excuses. I wish there was an option for 1/2 of a star...
