I had to research just to figure out how to pay my bill. They have provided no updated method of payment, and initially ask me to drive my payment to them. They then try and charge late payments for bills you have not even been given a valid way to pay. They have no formal way to make any request or help for complex maintenance. My only guess is they are trying to push all the renters to leave this complex in an unscrupulous manner.

This complex has steadily gone downhill since Association Management has taken control of this property.
