He showed up promptly and thoroughly checked everything. He was honest about what was wrong, what needed major fixing and what was a quick fix. Because he made me feel so comfortable my husband and I agreed get some extra landscaping that we had wanted done for a long time. Scott truly listened to what we wanted and his designs and craftsmanship blew us away! He is extremely knowledgable in different plant species that work in every environment. His crew were respectful and always showed up on time. Even Scott came by daily to check in on the progress, answer any questions we had and update us on any changes. I've always strived to do my best and am equally demanding of the contractors who work for my husband and I. I'm often disappointed, however, and have wondered what happened to excellence. Scott really listened to our wishes for our new back yard living space, presented a no-pressure proposal, adapted it creatively to meet our budget, and completed the work with the best crew I've seen in a long time -- a group of meticulous, genial professionals. Beechtree won the job, over three competitors, due to their Professionalism and Enthusiasm; they presented several ideas and a very detailed drawing of the plans. I have used Beechtree several times over the years: they installed landscaping in the front, sides and back of my home and built a 900 square foot patio, fire-pit and flagstone path on the side of house. Beechtree employees are dedicated to getting the job done right, and they live up to their promise on warranty work. After the extremely cold winter in early 2014, several plants did not make it, Beechtree promptly replaced them with no questions asked. We love our patio. The pavers are beautiful and the stone seating wall is absolutely gorgeous. The workers were extremely friendly and professional.
