Meat: Great tenderness, great cuts, homemade sausages are delicious. Staff: Always very friendly, knowledgeable about their products too. Prices: It's a butcher shop, so have to expect to pay a little higher prices than grocery stores. I have no issues with that as long as the product is worth the price. Which it is here! They have a package deal too, last time I went, I saved about $60. I go about 6 weeks and usually spend over $350. They also offer frozen foods as well, this time I bought a duck, last time I got a rabbit. Both were delicious. Service: If you aren't sure about a specific cut or product, just ask, they will give you an explanation and also some ideas on the best ways to cook something. WOW! After throwing away money at a certain "farm market" and a local big box "grocery store" I finally found a source for quality beef. Tried their ground chuck as well as a couple ribeye steaks and was happily surprised at the quality of the food. Well-marbled and tender meats taste great off the grill. I will be roasting a chuck roast next and anticipating another tasty meal. It's not all about beef there either, they have a selection of other protein options including sausages which we will be trying next time. read more

My wife and I went into this business and placed a 300-400 dollar order of meat on Tuesday, and we were told it would be ready the next day. So that day comes and goes with zero communication leaving me to call them on Thursday only to be told that we didn't place an order. After about 2 mins he finds my order then proceeds to tell me it will be ready that afternoon!! This is not the customer service I expect when I am already paying more to come to a local business! My business will go elsewhere and it's a shame because I really do prefer to support local businesses! read more

When we moved down here one of the first things we looked for was a really good butcher shop. We found this one on Yelp and it had good reviews. So we bought some meat. We have a butcher shop at home that we have been buying our meat from for 30 years. This shop has as good a quality meat as we were getting at home. Staff is very polite and helpful when you have questions.....I know we could go to any chain grocery and get our meat but believe me there is a significant difference in quality and taste of meat....I will never buy my meat from a grocery as long as good butcher shops like this are around. read more
