This is the 3rd Beef O Bradys I have visited. Out of the 3 (Dothan and Defuniak Springs), this one is the smallest and maybe not as good as the other two. But it is still the Beef O Brady's I love though. I ordered fried pickles as an appetizer. The fried pickles were good but one key ingredient was missing, the homemade Ranch that Beef O Bradys make in-store. Imagine my disappointment when I receive a pre-packaged Hidden Valley to dip my fried pickles in. It just wasn't the same. My friend did order mozzarella sticks and they were solid. I went with my favorite entree - 15 wings in Kentucky Bourbon and Honey BBQ. They were extra wet just as I requested. The Kentucky Bourbon is the best sauce Beef O Bradys offer because it is rare to find it anywhere else. It had the taste of Bourbon combined with a somewhat BBQ taste. Sweet Tea was refreshingly sweet! Besides the disappointment of the pre-packaged ranch, Beef O Bradys is a solid choice in Bainbridge. read more

Visited 6 June 2023, lunch. Took 10 minutes to get waited on, only half full restaurant. Ordered Cheesey Chicken. Steamed broccoli looked like it was over cooked, yet when I bit into one, it was half frozen (how does that happen). Chicken dish was just average. read more

Management and staff are a wreck here. Employees and managers yelling at each other didn't help efficiency. We waited an hour and a half for our food and the order came in wrong. Our most recent experience here was unacceptable. The wait was forever to get food that looked and tasted terrible. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time, we asked for our food to go. If the food had been good, I could forgive the wait but it was gross. The one star is for the nice waitress that apologized. We ordered 4 meals. Got 3. Waitress never came back to even check on us. Kids meal was ordered with apple sauce; it came with fries. When I finally got someone's attention they ran to start my meal. Gave it to me- no charge. At this point my whole family was finished and I no longer wanted it anyway because others shared their meals with me. Service is lacking. This was not the best Beef 'O' Brady's I've been to. Our waitress was very nice and constantly checking on us. The food was the downfall of this restaurant, I had the grilled chicken entree with broccoli and slaw. The cole slaw was actually rotten, it tasted as if it was months old and it smelled terrible as well. The chicken wasn't bad but it lacked any flavor. Best wing place in town! Especially when you order their amazing homemade blue cheese dip to do with them! The Nashville Hot dry rubbed wings are our favs. All the food my wife and I have tried has been good and the service is always great. We've been here several times and each time there are excuses given why service is so slow. Tonight was the last straw! A group of friends and I go to dinner to celebrate a birthday, we refuse to let the birthday boy pay for dinner. Bills $100.44 which includes an 18% tip of $15.00 ---- friends chip in $40.00, I take care of the rest... Waitress hands back my slip "$100.44". Uh? So you pocketed the $40.00 PLUS the auto grad? This is probably the most unnecessarily over priced restaurant in my area!! They charge 18% more if you have a group more than 6, the tax is like 2$, the food is either in small portions or over cooked, just make no sense how they put themselves on a HIGH scale but do wack service. Food is good, but this is probably the slowest restaurant I've ever been to. I've gone to this place lots of times with friends and even on days that they aren't busy it takes forever for us to get our food. If you aren't in a hurry and you have an hour and a half to waste go ahead and go here - the food is good! But if you have a limited amount of time, you might want to skip this restaurant. read more

Food is mediocre. Some things I do enjoy but others are clearly not made right. Got wings floating in its sauce once literally and things like that. But if they are busy you can forget it. After church we waited one day for 45 minute with no drinks or a greeting or anything. Other nights will wait forever on our poor running around waitress while 2 or 3 waitresses are wandering around aimlessly..... not good at all. I asked the girl at the hotel where could I get some good hot wings and nachos because we aren't from the area. She suggested we try beef o bradys across the street so we did. I was pleasantly surprised. I asked the server what was better, the pizza or the steak nachos. She suggested the nachos. I've never had steak nachos before but hunny......believe me when i say they were so good. The server was very friendly and efficient. The steak wasn't over or under cooked they were just right. My wife had the cheeseburger wrap with curly fries and she said it was very good. Our son had the pepperoni pizza and he ate it all and said he liked it. We also had lemon pepper wings and medium wings for the table but they were just ok, not bad but not great either. The atmosphere was clean and friendly enough, it has a bar feel. we sat at one of the booths and they have flat screen TVs with the remote at the table. I thought that was a nice touch. If I ever have to come here again I would try them again. I had great customer service and the best nachos I've ever eaten in my life. We were pleasantly surprised by a meal we ate at this location recently. My wife and I both ordered salads and they were very good, with reasonable portions and seemingly very fresh ingredients. We were served by both a waitress and the assistant manager so we never had to ask for anything or really wait to get refills, etc. The price was reasonable and both servers were very friendly. Remember this isn't a fine dining establishment, but we will be going back! read more

The food is consistently overcooked and the service is not that great. Apparently they are constantly training new cooks because that is the excuse I get, and I rarely see the same waitress twice. One time my mother, sister, and I came in to eat when they weren't even that busy, and got completely ignored by our waitress to the point that we called the manager from our booth. Four of us ate lunch today and we all agreed that our meals were delicious. There are new items on the menu. My 'bunless' burger was really good - served with a really fresh salad and quinoa. My friend had a mediterranean salad which she loved. Another friend had the steak bowl along with a side salad. She had to have a doggy bag as there was so much food and delicious.
