I hired Dezyon Digital to redesign the Home Page of a website and migrate my existing website to a…read morenew theme. I was charged $800. They chose to use their own theme instead of mine, which I found very confusing and counterproductive. Their reasoning was that they would transfer the work done once completed. But after 2 weeks , it was far from completed. We provided very clear instructions on the changes needed, along with diagrams. The main issues were: Images were inconsistent in size and proportions Duplicate images were included Images appeared fuzzy Numerous spelling errors were present Incorrect titles were assigned to various items Unauthorized images unrelated to our products were displayed The logo was completely wrong, which was provided to them. The account manager kept saying things would be fixed but they kept getting worse. I could tell by some of the grammar that was put on the site, that someone did not know English very well. Which tells me this project was done overseas and not in Texas where they are listed. They refuse to give me a refund and I am now hiring someone new to start all over.
