I've been going here for years and not once have I had an issue. Tell me why, when the vet takes my dog back, they tell me, my service dog is not going to make it. He has a broken leg, not a health issue. They did nothing about my dogs injury and because of this, I had go put him down to end his suffering. Let's just say I'm never coming back and I will be going to a new vet and now I need a new service dog. This is so unacceptable and outrageous.

We've always trusted Dr. Ed, Dr. Lori, and we're happy now to bring our babies to see their daughter-Dr. Tritt! You will not find more caring, and knowledgeable doctors! When I was filling out the paperwork for the insurance claim I noticed a vet visit wasn't listed so I called to inquire. Both girls only saw a vet tech for their annual visit! We are new clients. I believe both dogs have only been there 1 time for a previous health concern. One dog it had been over 4 months ago. I am very disappointed. I expect my dogs to be seen by a veterinarian each year not a vet tech. The bill was over $200 for each girl. We will be returning to our previous clinic. Be sure to ask questions when choosing a new clinic. We didn't ask enough questions. Our dogs deserved better.​

He is VERY nervous around water, perhaps from a negative experience in his previous home. I explained his situation to them when I arrived, being that he will try to jump out of the bath, and having a bad leg, they needed to be cautious. The front desk guy was VERY kind, and listened to all I had to say. When I pick my Great Dane up, he was so happy! He smelled great and was all about the gal who brought him out! She said he was great and even got a treat afterward. My Dane took a liking to one of the other guys there, which tells me that they treated him very well. I wish I knew the girls name who brought him out and cashed me out because she did an excellent job in explaining how this visit went! I will definitely be returning to Pampered Paws!

Instead of showing any compassion or professionalism, the owner, Telia Williams, shamed her for being "overbearing" when all she was doing was advocating for our dog's unique needs. It's shocking that the person running this establishment would have such a rude and condescending attitude. To make matters even worse, the staff in the back started mocking her loudly and indiscreetly. This wasn't just bad service--it was downright cruel and humiliating. My girlfriend was heartbroken, and we didn't even let them touch our dogs after this appalling experience. If this is how the owner behaves, I can only imagine how poorly trained and unprofessional the rest of the staff must be. Avoid this place at all costs if you care about your pets and want them treated with kindness and respect.

My dad just had to have his dog put down and they were super supportive and caring about this terrible event. Wonderful vet if you are living in the area. Parking is limited, but this is usually not an issue.
