We've always trusted Dr. Ed, Dr. Lori, and we're happy now to bring our babies to see their daughter-Dr. Tritt! You will not find more caring, and knowledgeable doctors! I've been going here for years and not once have I had an issue. Tell me why, when the vet takes my dog back, they tell me, my service dog is not going to make it. He has a broken leg, not a health issue. They did nothing about my dogs injury and because of this, I had go put him down to end his suffering. Let's just say I'm never coming back and I will be going to a new vet and now I need a new service dog. This is so unacceptable and outrageous.

When I was filling out the paperwork for the insurance claim I noticed a vet visit wasn't listed so I called to inquire. Both girls only saw a vet tech for their annual visit! We are new clients. I believe both dogs have only been there 1 time for a previous health concern. One dog it had been over 4 months ago. I am very disappointed. I expect my dogs to be seen by a veterinarian each year not a vet tech. The bill was over $200 for each girl. We will be returning to our previous clinic. Be sure to ask questions when choosing a new clinic. We didn't ask enough questions. Our dogs deserved better.​
